Cross Plat Lobby Game Chat Not Working

Can not hear friends in cross plat chat lobby. I am trying to play with a friend who is on ps4 i am on xbox. but i can not hear him in the lobby. it shows his mic, that he is speaking, but i can not...

Hi, I know this is a generic response, but this is being looked into. Long sessions can be a factor, so a periodic client restart may help.

Thanks for letting us know it's being looked at.  For me it doesn't matter if I log in fresh or play all day, I have never heard a PS4 user once.
