EA Support Non-Existent
So I logged on to Apex Legends after not playing for a month due to me being home for Christmas break. I came back and I was banned for Cheating. Not sure why, as I've never cheated, that's just what the email I got from them said. I'd like to contact support on help.ea.com but every time I navigate through their help page it requires me to send them an email through their site, as that's the only support contact available. They say they'll email you back within 72 hours, but I haven't gotten the email at all, and I've tried on multiple occasions to contact them. It says on their website that my case has been updated but it doesn't show a response. It's been two weeks since I sent out my first case for help, and I haven't received an email back. Yes my email is inputted correctly. Yes I am using a different contact email than the email on my origin account. Yes I still have access to the origin account email and no they are not emailing that one either. On the "My Cases" page on EA support, it says that my case has a "new" notification when I click on it, but then it just redirects me to the create a case page where I'm given an automated message. I've not spoken to a single real person trying to resolve an issue that shouldn't be happening in the first place. Clearly EA's help website doesn't work. Any other way I can get this resolved? I’m also not sure how I was banned for cheating. My Blizzard account was hacked and the hacker got me banned from their launcher and they knew that so I was unbanned when I contacted them and added 2FA. I don’t believe that happened in this instance. Although, every time I’ve tried to launch origin it tells me that Easy Anti Cheat couldn’t be installed properly and I need to restart my pc to fix that. I then restart my pc and it tells me that it’s still not installed properly. This is weird because it works fine for me on Fortnite and another less heard of game “Hunt: Showdown.” Could this be why I was banned, I had an issue with EAC? I could have also been banned for supposed account sharing, if that’s against the rules. I play a lot at school which is a few hours away from my house. I tried playing on my laptop over Christmas break and my ping was so bad at home that I couldn’t play more than a few matches so I stopped until I tried logging on when I got back to school. Maybe they thought I was sharing my account with a different IP address? Not sure if they’d ban me for “cheating” for that though.
TL;DR - Banned for cheating. Didn't cheat. Can't contact support on EA's website because they don't email me back. No other way to contact them. Don't know what to do.

@EA_Kent Any idea how long it will take? It keeps saying my case has been updated but I can't view a reply on the help site and I don't get an email. I'm just confused. The case showing as "updated" could mean that it's been transferred or escalated. That doesn't necessarily mean you've been sent a response. Unfortunately we don't have a way of knowing how long an investigation like this could take. The team will get back to you via email as soon as they can.
