Change primary email

Hi,

I’m a little stuck as my primary email on my EA account I can no longer access and sign in now using one of my linked platforms.

I cannot change any info on my personal profile as it says it will send verification to my old email so I can make changes which makes sense.

I do not have a secondary email or phone number, however I do have answers to security questions and also know my password I used to log in.

Can you please advise on how I can change my old primary email to my current one?

I am aware EA answers HQ don’t too much go into this query but could you then please advise where on EA help I can chat to as detailed in the instructions attached as it doesn’t specify this particular query as even with the instructions on the site it doesn’t specify where I can “start a chat” or “chat with us” as all I want to do is start a chat window etc?

    If you no longer have access to the email address registered to the EA account, you'll want to reach out to our support team directly so they can help update those account details.
     
    If you create a new case here and select Game Support > EA Account > I want to update my EA Account information or I need help logging in to my EA Account, you should be able to get in touch with the support team so they can take a look with you.

    If you create a new case here and select Game Support > EA Account > I want to update my EA Account information or I need help logging in to my EA Account, you should be able to get in touch with the support team so they can take a look with you.
  • Hi there, listened to these instructions and tried contacting support again but I cant. I have two cases that have been closed already because I tried attempting to change it but it didn't work because I was having trouble providing details to my helper. I have absolutely no other way to make a new case or contact support by talking to them through the chat. After I made them I just don't have the options anymore and it leaves me stuck.
