Hello. The issue appears to only occur with Apex Legends. I downloaded The Sims 4 without any major problems, the game works perfectly. However, for several days I have been installing Apex Legends and the game is not downloaded. The disk space has decreased by 55GB, and the files include, among others, AntiCheat, but there is no Apex Legends game itself. I show this problem in the attachment. The game is installing and the percentage of installation progress is shown. It's 90%... and then 100%. After 100%, the counter suddenly reloads and the download starts again, starting from 0%. I know that the problem applies not only to me, but also Twitter users describe the same problem. I tried to open the application as an administrator and download the game this way - it didn't work. I uninstalled EA APP a dozen times and it didn't help either. It is not possible to select "repair" or "verify game files" because the game is not installed. I expect explanations and a correction of this error as soon as possible. I would like to play a game that I have put a lot of money into. I am attaching a video showing how Apex Legends downloads to 100% and then starts downloading again from 0%. I went through this downloading stage a dozen times and the game never downloaded properly. I am asking for help, in fact I am demanding this help. On other platforms the game works fine, but on your platform other games work fine and the problem is only with Apex Legends, since the last EA APP update. I'm really embarrassed and upset about this situation. Fix it!
