Havent seen you in a while, lets update password
So, After 2-3 years of playing apex, I log on to find I need to update my EA password to keep playing, because they "haven't seen me in a while." The e-mail attached to my EA account is no longer active, and the servers don't even exist anymore, so there is 0 chance I can get anything from it, down to even my name on it, let alone address and such, mind you this e-mail was created in 2004, so my memory of it is almost 0 as well. My new EA account I have tried to link to my Microsoft account but I keep getting an error saying, "only 1 EA account can be attached to a Microsoft account in its lifetime". So I have place 4-5 "case" tickets in, to try to unlink it or merge my old EA with my new one, to which I keep getting asked the same questions about an account almost 2 decades old. Name, nothing has changed there, birthday, should still be the same.... Asking for a past EA purchase: I am pulling past purchases from my actual Microsoft account that is attached with the said EA account currently, literally copy and paste, they are saying they are not valid because they are not EA purchases, however Apex is a free download, no need to purchase anything and the only things i have purchased on the game were coins, and your "techs" say the Apex coins don't count as a purchase (honestly feel like they are trying to make me buy skins or somethin, however I cant even log on to buy something because of the error upon logging in). I have clicked the IP locator button and directly copy and pasted the IP address from the link your techs sent, not valid. I have sent every address I have lived in the past 15 years, and every last 4 digits of my cards for everyone on file (as far back as my Microsoft account would let me, like 2010). Every question I have answered to the best and fullest of my abilities. and yet, the solution from every one of your techs have found was, we cant tell you what was right or wrong but its not valid, please try to "remember better" create a new case and jump thru the 5 hoops we make you jump thru to get a actual human to chat online with, not even a phone call.....All the info i have is in our tickets, there has to be another way to verify that this is me and I just want to play games with my friends....... EA you guys need to do better on the customer support....
