Havent seen you in a while, lets update password

Did you ever get a resolution for this? I am currently going through the same issue. I have all my Sims purchases on the account I can't access and I'm an beyond frustrated with customer service telling me to take time and recall the information. I haven't accessed it in over 6 months and I've never had this issue before. So frustrating!!
