I woke up yesterday after playing Apex all day I did not do anything that could not be done such as cheating hacking vulgar language or anything of that matter and I was banned/suspended I just reall...

If you really didn't do those things then it's possible your account was hacked, you should follow the steps mentioned in this thread:

And if you really do think that the action taken against your account was incorrect, follow this article for information to dispute your ban:

Though if the team decides to uphold your punishment, then that will be most likely their final decision.
