Missing Conduit skin

I am reaching out due to not having the Player One Conduit skin and bundle. I preordered the battle pass and to this day, I still have yet to see the skin in my inventory. I purchased the Ignite Launch Bundle to preorder the battle pass and as well as receive the Conduit skin. Can someone help with this?
