I need help !

So, i do not know how to start !

I have 2 accounts, on witch one of them is banned for bad behavior / misconduct  .

Couple of days ago, i both some Apex coins from a site (is a famous one, we all know it , so i do not want to get flagged as advertising for them) , and by own mistake , when i went to redeem the code , EA app had the banned account as default login and i didn't notice that !

Now i had already submitted a case on what the answer was that it can not be anything done as the code was already redeemed !

IS there no way for the support team to just transfer those coins on the new account as i can not do that by myself?

    @MrKredK 

    The only way to access those would be if the account ban were lifted. If that's already been appealed and the ban was found to be legitimate however, then I'm afraid so.

    @MrKredK As Mako had said, if the ban was appealed and the appeal was denied, sadly the account will remained banned.

    Is there any possibility to get a temporary unban so i can swap those coins !? Just need like a max 1h...

    @MrKredK

    So, that means 11000 apex coins are gone for good? It was a very childish mistake that I didn't check the login of EA app...

    Hey @MrKredK,

    I'm afraid our team is not able to transfer content between separate EA accounts.

    This would include Apex Coins regardless of where they were initially purchased, but please keep in mind that our advisors would also be unable to assist with any codes purchased from unauthorized retailers.
