I never unlinked anything I linked it I tried to do cross save and it basically got rid of my PlayStation save, please give it to my Xbox account give me my PlayStation account back or reimburse me

Your Xbox account has been linked to this account, but looks like it was unlinked towards the end of last year. This is also when the PlayStation account was linked here for the first time.
The Xbox account has since been re-linked here, but this is not the original EA account used by your PSN account. It looks like this EA account only launched Apex on PlayStation for the first time within the past month or so.
You would need to re-link your PSN account to the original EA account where that progress was made. Unfortunately that progress cannot be transferred to a separate (this) EA account.
Right but I never unlinked my psn so how did it get unlinked?
Alright I unlinked the newer one and relinked my old one I still don’t have any of my PlayStation stuff. However I’m not sure if it’s correct because when I went to link again it didn’t give me the option of putting it in it just gave me an account to link so if it’s giving me the newer one to link every time how the hell am I supposed to get my old one back, is there any way you can link my old back up? Coz if I can’t do it I’ve lost everything and that’s quite a bit of money I’ve spent on this so I’d like to either have my stuff back or be reimbursed if I can’t. Because I’m trying to do it and your website isn’t letting me. So I really need you to do something here.

If you need any help making sure the old account is linked properly, please contact support so they can take a look.
Re-linking the original accounts would be the only way to try restoring any missing progress. We cannot manually restore progress that was lost due to linking different accounts like this. Please feel free to check this information for more details, or contact support via the above link so they can check into this further.
Are you able to help with the relinking process? Coz I have them correctly linked right now and I don’t have anything?
