Why is it impossible to chat with the support team in EA Apex legends. I tried so manytimes still not working.
Are this guys trying to help????

NoHE4RT What are you trying to get help with from EA Support?
Have you gone to help.ea and opened up a case about your issue? If you did, are you trying to use the live chat option, or are you emailing EA Support?If you were trying to use the live chat option, some browsers sadly do not work well with help.ea, (for example, when I open up a case in Opera GX, I was not able to connect to the EA Support team, but I could with Microsoft Edge).
As for the email option, it can take 24 hours, (or more), to get a response, (normally 3-5 business days, but it can take longer).
