Cross Progression Merged my Brothers accounts
I didnt realize both my brother and my xbox account were under the same EA account and now they merged our accounts without our consent; I lost all my stats and everything, is there any way to recover my stats and move my xbox account to a separate EA account; I would hate to have to start over as we both spent a lot of money on Apex.Solved712Views0likes9CommentsPlease help me understand and review an old Apex ban
Hi, I’m hoping someone can help me understand what happened to my Apex Legends account and, if possible, help get this looked at by the right team This account means a lot to me. I played Apex for thousands of hours across PC and PlayStation, built up years of progression, cosmetics and memories, and I genuinely miss playing on this account. I’m not trying to bypass EA’s rules or ask forum moderators to simply remove a ban. I’m here because the enforcement history on my account does not seem to line up, my normal appeal options are now exhausted, and I don’t know where else to ask for help. I recently found an old post that I myself made on the EA Forums in December 2020, when this problem first happened. In that post I reported: Platform: Steam / PC Account: BekezhaanYouTube / Bekezhaan_YouTube The problem happened in the lobby Apex told me I was banned and would not let me enter a match I listed the date of the incident as December 8, 2020 So there is an EA Forums post from 2020 showing that my PC/Steam Apex account was already banned at that time. However, my current EA Penalty History says: Penalty: Ban Reason in my EA data: COMPETITIVE_ADVANTAGE Platform: PC Start date: October 27, 2023 Status: Active That date is almost three years after I was already unable to play because of a ban. There is another confusing part. My separate Apex Legends data export from EA lists my data under: PlayStation / CROSS PLATFORM and contains this Respawn record: AntiCheatBanHistory Date: May 23, 2024 Type: ban So, from what I can see, the timeline is: Dec 8, 2020 — my PC/Steam account was already banned Oct 27, 2023 — EA records an ACTIVE PC COMPETITIVE_ADVANTAGE penalty May 23, 2024 — Respawn data records a ban under PlayStation / CROSS PLATFORM This is the part I cannot understand If all three records refer to the same original ban, then October 27, 2023 does not appear to be the date when the original PC enforcement actually happened. If they are separate enforcement events, I would really like to understand what each record represents. I’m also wondering whether Cross Progression could have affected how this old enforcement was migrated or propagated between my PC and PlayStation profiles. I have already appealed the penalty several times through EA Terms of Service. Every appeal was denied, and my case is now closed. I no longer have the option to submit another reappeal. The replies confirmed that the penalty would remain, but they never explained the relationship between the original 2020 PC ban, the Oct 27, 2023 PC penalty record, and the May 23, 2024 PlayStation/CROSS PLATFORM anti-cheat entry. That is why I am asking for help here. Could someone please help escalate this to the appropriate Apex / EA team and determine: Whether Oct 27, 2023 is actually a new enforcement event or a migrated/recreated record of the older PC ban. What the May 23, 2024 PlayStation/CROSS PLATFORM anti-cheat entry represents. Whether the old PC enforcement was later propagated to my PlayStation profile through Cross Progression. Whether the original 2020 enforcement record can still be located and properly reviewed. My ultimate hope is to get access to this account back if there has been any mistake in how the old enforcement was migrated, duplicated or propagated. I understand that forum staff may not personally have the ability to remove penalties. I’m simply asking for help getting this unusual account history in front of someone who can actually investigate it This account means a lot to me. I played Apex for thousands of hours across PC and PlayStation, built up years of progression, cosmetics and memories, and I genuinely miss playing on this account. For additional context, I did not use third-party cheating software such as aimbots, wallhacks, injectors, scripts, or similar tools. This is one of the reasons I have been trying for years to understand what the original COMPETITIVE_ADVANTAGE enforcement was actually based on. I’m here because the enforcement history on my account does not seem to line up, my normal appeal options are now exhausted, and I don’t know where else to ask for help 🙏🙏😭 Thank you for reading 😢Security Comprmise escalation case closed "no fix available"
Hi CMs my apex legends account was compromised by a foreign ip in mid july and banned 1 month after on mid august . I appeal 3 times to the original ban case but not mentioned the an unknown ip has log in In my steam and played apex legends with other low level accounts that I didn't add as friends. I try to open new cese showing prof of foreign ip successful login in from my EA data but the case automatically gets closed with " no fix avaible" and live chat cannot access ToS logs. Could a community Menager please escalate my account for an internal login IP Audit? I have arleady re secured my email and tuned on 2FA. My EA ID Is Greenarrow132015 . My apex account was compromised and stolen back in 2024 via playstation network, and it took a long time for me to secure the PSN login details and be able to login to apex again. When I logged back in it was banned on EA for breaking TOS. I was able to work with the EA support team with getting the ban lifted, but as I logged back in when I try to join a game I get stuck in a "1 Player Queue" for what seems like hours, and this is for all types of games; Trios, Duos, Ranked and even firing range. I tried everything from checking for updates on both my Playstation and Apex Legends, checking and restarting my home internet settings, deleting and reinstalling. I was even able to create a secondary account to try to troubleshoot this further, and was able to que perfectly fine on the second account. So I went back to EA support and after multiple tickets and troubleshooting, changing network settings and trying different platforms the issue still persists. I am unsure on how to continue with this as I'm still unable to que on my account even after all of the steps and EA support confirming there were no bans or restrictions on my account. If I need to provide more details I can as I have all of the case numbers and steps I took and any other proof, I just want to get back into the game. Can someone please help?199Views1like7CommentsLost apex account

I would just like to ask if there’s any possible way that I can merge two EA accounts without loosing any data? I used to play apex legends on Xbox and I have two years worth of data. All of my data is on an older EA account. I switched to ps5 and I started playing apex legends again, but I accidentally linked it to a different EA account. So I have my old Xbox data on one EA account, and now my newer PlayStation data on a different EA account. I understand linking my psn to the EA account with my Xbox data would make me lose my data, but just today Respawn revealed cross-progression is finally going to be released. I’m just wondering if there’s any new way I’d be able to merge the data from both EA accounts and at least have both my Xbox and PlayStation data on the same account. Thank you.Solved4KViews1like12Comments
