Progress lost in cross progression
I lost all my game progress due to a cross progression issue, and multiple support cases have failed to resolve it. I played apex on Xbox for over 1.5 years, then switched to PC before cross progression existed. When cross progression launched, my Xbox account was linked to an old EA account, so I unlinked it and linked it to my current EA account (the one used on PC). But when I launched the game, I was never given the option to choose my main account — it automatically made the PC account the main one, overwriting my Xbox progress entirely. My Xbox account now loads as a completely fresh account.

Hi everyone, I'm looking for some help with an issue I've been having in Apex Legends. Since yesterday morning, every unranked Battle Royale match I join seems to be filled with bots or extremely low-level players. This started suddenly, and before that my matchmaking was completely normal. I'm playing on PC using my PlayStation-linked EA account. I've already checked that I'm queuing for normal unranked matches, but the issue continues every game. Has anyone else experienced this? Is there something that could have triggered it, or is there a way to fix it? Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!PSN connected to someone else's EA account.
Hello, I just started playing Apex again on my PC Steam account a few days ago and wanted to link my original PSN account that i played on years ago to have all my skins and progress. Unfortunately when i went to connect the PSN account it stated that it was already linked to someone else's EA account. From what i remember i had a significant amount of progress and skins soo..I'm here to request my PSN account to be unlinked from that random persons account and linked to mine now. I've been a EA supporter since FIFA 14, when I asked my parents to buy me FIFA-points for Christmas. That continued for multiple years, as well as buying the ultimate edition every year for those few days of early access. The first memory of my best friends dad, who died of a heart attack four years later, was us three playing split-screen in Star wars: Battlefront, in 2015. My roommate, whom I've lived with for over a year now, and been friends with for multiple years, bonded with me over Apex legends back in 2020, and is how I got to know him at school. EA has been a big part of my life, and if it was up to me I would like to keep it that way. I lost all of my EA accounts progress in 2025, when I wanted to get back into Apex. I re-downloaded the game, after around a year of playing, and my entire account was wiped. That includes two heirlooms, multiple hundreds of hours worth of badges, skins, and cosmetics. I then contacted support, through the "Agent" system EA has, which I proceeded to spend over double digits in hours with. They concluded with the system having switched it's cross-progression system, and that I should try to reconnected with any "old" EA accounts, which I don't have. Then they said to wait a couple of months, and that it's just a server issue. I waited for 4 months, and now they said there's nothing they, and I, can do. The worst part isn't losing the progress, or the money, it's the fact that I've lost all trust to the company I've been with for half my life. Even though I've had some disagreements with EA's policies, I still like their products at the end of the day. This is the last hail-mary I'm praying for, before I'm out.
Account Merge Fail
I have 202 hours on Xbox Apex, no idea what level I am but I got it when it came out and played a bunch, clearly, I have not played the game in years until today. Before they had merging I played on Steam for 96 mins until level 5 but was over it without all the characters. At some point I linked my accounts but every time it boots on Steam its the crappy level 5. Why? I will try and boot up my xbox one and see if that data is even thereLinked my PS4 acc to my EA account, and everything is gone
Hey so yeah, since the cross progression came out a while ago, i tried to play on pc with my ps4 account, my ps4 account is currently linked to the EA account that I was playing with. I still have an esports app connection on this EA account, which is why im 100% sure about it. staff says that you must have your playstation account on the EA account you were playing it in order to have your items. Well guess what. My 4500+ hours. Multiple master badges, heirlooms, skins everything. My money invested is gone, and I can't access it. and support told me that they don't care, its in their policy... Hello? someone could help me out here
Not Receiving Twitch drops despite being linked
I am seeking help finding a resolution for Twitch drops not appearing in game after claiming. Accounts are properly linked and I've also logged in and checked all platforms linked to my EA account and no drops are anywhere to be found. I have claimed 5+ apex packs over the last month and there is an entire ALGS drop schedule ongoing right now. I would like to receive the drops I'm missing and resolve the issue so I can participate with drops as intended moving forward. I've already tried contacting EA help chat and they couldn't do anything for me but direct me to this forum. Help would be greatly appreciated, Thanks.
