i dont know what to do anymore. I have received the cross progression message, and when my accounts merged it lost EVERYTHING my highest level account was prestige 2 level 300+, i also had 12 heirlooms and every season pass completed. Please tell me there is something that can be done for me to recover everything. My EA account is linked to my playstation account and i still lost everything, im hoping someone is able to help me here i spent 3 years playing this game and it is really sad, and upsetting to see everything just gone. Over the past few years, I have been slowly wanting to get back into apex again, back around season 11-12 I was banned from psn because of a bad ex friend of mine, I tried logging into m account here recently and none of my stuff was there, I connected this EA account to m current playstation account here recently, still do not have m heirlooms or skins from seasons 4-11 and can't find the "create a case" page, if any frum workers could point me to the case page I would greatl apprciate it. Please look at the attachments. It was not even two or three minutes into the match, and the other team was racking up kills effortlessly. On top of that, every time I got close to securing a kill, several of my shots failed to register (see video). This happened in every single engagement during this match. In the match right before this one, I had no issues at all. What’s going on here? Are those players cheating, or are the matchmaking mechanics still broken?
