Unable To Join Any Kind Of Matches, "1 Player Queue"
My apex account was compromised and stolen back in 2024 via playstation network, and it took a long time for me to secure the PSN login details and be able to login to apex again. When I logged back in it was banned on EA for breaking TOS. I was able to work with the EA support team with getting the ban lifted, but as I logged back in when I try to join a game I get stuck in a "1 Player Queue" for what seems like hours, and this is for all types of games; Trios, Duos, Ranked and even firing range. I tried everything from checking for updates on both my Playstation and Apex Legends, checking and restarting my home internet settings, deleting and reinstalling. I was even able to create a secondary account to try to troubleshoot this further, and was able to que perfectly fine on the second account. So I went back to EA support and after multiple tickets and troubleshooting, changing network settings and trying different platforms the issue still persists. I am unsure on how to continue with this as I'm still unable to que on my account even after all of the steps and EA support confirming there were no bans or restrictions on my account. If I need to provide more details I can as I have all of the case numbers and steps I took and any other proof, I just want to get back into the game. Hello all! been playing apex on and off since season 1. mainly on xbox. about a year or so ago around the time the cross progression was releasing. I experienced a bug that glitched and took away all my stats, skins, and currency. As well as blocking changing tabs. At the time i was just getting into pc gaming and figured id just play on steam while i wait for everything to sort out. I stupidly connected a different email and continue playing for a bit. After some time the box bug was fixed, everything was returned to my account and it seemed everything was good. Since I've been playing on pc for a while since i wanted to try to switch my xbox account over to pc and continue to use my stuff. Unfortunately, I cannot seem to disconnect my steam account from my pc apex. and there doesn't seem to be an option to merge or delete my account and now im stuck with a lvl 60 pc account with nothing on it and my lvl 600 something xbox account with years of purchases on my xbox i rarely play. Any help would be greatly appreciatedCan't access account

Recently got a bug for short time where I couldn't buy apex packs, then it was gone and recently it came back but it won't go away and I have different reward in event because of that. Basically game thinks I'm in a region where apex packs are unavailable. Both EA and Steam accounts are set to Poland and I've never changed that, also never played via VPN. Tought it was gone for good but now in event shop I have epic pack to redeem rather than the event one, and all packs with bundles in shop are unavailable. @EA_Mako Has there been any word on the fixing of missing badges that were earned by purchasing battlepasses? I have been stripped of almost all of my badges because of the AI generated system. I would like to speak to someone about this that can help resolve this issue. Sadly for over a month I been trying to get help from EA. They told me my account barely has progress starting this year but I been playing since it came out. Had three hairlooms and earned 300 shards. Took a break from the game last year but when I got on everything is gone and all I'm being told is thanks to cross progression I lose everything. I was gonna give up but some friends bought me my main and trying to push me to believe while I'm earning the right to play rank maybe someone will help. But after see how many give up or move on from this game maybe I should give up to. But because of friends I'm try to force myself but I'd love to at least have all of my cosmetics and heirloom back for mirage.13Views0likes0Comments
