Banned for no reason
I haven't been able to log into my game in tow months. At fist, the live support agent told me is was a mistaken ban and asked me to wait for ten days. Ten days later, When i contacted support agent, They told me they were repairing the system as quickly as possible and asked me to wait longer. At the beginning, There was no ban record at all, But after a months and a half, a ban record suddeny appeared. Then ban reason says that I violated their gameplay enhancement rules, But I have nvere used any cheats or third party software. This year, I have already been banned twice, and both time it happened right after I purchased the battle pass. I submitted appeals, and all of them were denied. plz unblock this quickly. Hey there, so to keep it short, a few years ago i played Apex on ps4, spent a couple hundred bucks and got my first heirloom aswell as level 433, the stopped playing until recently. Now ive been wanting to play again, but on pc, same email for my PC-Ea account as the email that my PSN account is under, but for some reason it not only didnt properly take over the higher leveled "primary account" from the Playstation account, when i booted up my PS4 i lost my high level account, the live chat agent told me he simply couldnt help me and that the account is lost...
