Hello Apex Support Team, I hope you are doing well. I want to report an issue I have been facing for a long time. I have been playing Apex Legends since Season 1 and have supported the game consistently. However, I have never received any Heirloom or Heirloom Shards despite opening a very large number of Apex Packs over the seasons. I kindly request that you check my account to ensure there is no problem preventing Heirloom Shards from appearing, as this is very frustrating after such a long time of playing and investing in the game. So i've come to realize that my account is missing skins.
My Apex acc is missing a bunch of skins that i know for sure that i have owned previously. I don't know why things are missing but i know i owned other things that are now up for purchase during sales on event packs in the store. Like the Revenant rework event where you had 100 revs etc. All the frames from those previous events and also skins from those previous events are missing in my inventory but says i have to pay for them. EA will not recieve another cent from me until this **bleep** is sorted out. Like honestly i know for sure that i had certain border frames and badges and skins etc. Wich now are suddenly missing and only available for purchase. EA get ur **bleep** together bro. And it's not even just me. This happens to so many people and yall think it'll go unnoticed? THERE are so many skins and **bleep** that i earned for free ingame that are missing. And not to mention the **bleep** i payed for previously.CRITICAL: PSN Progress Locked by Disabled EA Account. Need Recovery.
Hello Community Managers, My Apex Legends PS4 progress is locked to an inaccessible EA Account: e5*****@disabled.ea.com. I cannot perform a password reset because the original email is deactivated. I have contacted support multiple times. The agents confirm the account is disabled and offer only to unlink my PSN ID. I understand unlinking will permanently discard all my progress (levels, skins, achievements) because progress stays with the inaccessible EA Account I am requesting an escalation to a Specialist or Supervisor authorized to perform an Account Recovery via manual identity verification (PSN ID, DOB, and PS Store Transaction IDs). I need the email on the disabled account changed to my active email so I can gain access and unify my progress for Cross Progression. Any help would be greatly appreciated case numbers 231757907/231761613Can I override my EA account?
I have 2 Apex legends accounts one on my EA account and one on my PS5. I actually put money into my ps5 account but it wasnt my account when I had my pc. I want to bring my PC battlefield account to my PS5 but keep my Apex PS5 progression. Is there anyway to override my EA accounts Apex progression?Missing items
So i did the cross progression and i guess my steam linked with my old xbox account instead of my main im missing season 1 to the most recent season items aswell as the blue fade RE-45 starter pack i got in touch with support they said to come here and make a post about it and get help is there anyway i can get the items on my main account?
