Linking EA to new Psn

Hi!

I’ve been playing Apex for 5 years and have a TON of progress on it. Due to unforeseen and personal reasons, my EA was unlinked from the PSN I had the progress on. I made a new PSN and wanted to link my one and only EA, but it gives the ‘one in a lifetime’ notification. I’m so disappointed this is how it works. I’d greatly appreciate it if a support employee could help me!

    Hey @Barbara-BCG,

Unfortunately if you look at our account unlinking article:

When you link accounts, it creates a lifetime link to protect you from malicious activity and help prevent performance issues in your games.

You can unlink your platform accounts from your EA Account if you want to link them to a different EA Account, as long as that EA Account has never had the same account type linked to it before in its lifetime.

That means if you unlink an Xbox gamertag from your EA Account, you can’t link a different Xbox gamertag to it in the future.

    Hi QueenBee,

If I, let’s say, purchase an Xbox, will I be able to connect my EA to it? Because it’s an other account type?
