Missing Apex coins

Question

Hello, sorry to be a bother but I was trying to do the deal on the Apex packs that requires 10,000 coins so I spent 107 dollars and some change to purchase the coins it said my payment didn’t go through but now I’m missing 200$ from my account and received no coins. Can I please get some assistance&nbsp;
