Hi! I have just purchased 1000 Apex Coins on PC (steam) and it does not show up. I have restated my game, my pc and it still nothing.I have launched the game on the EA app as well but the coins are still not there. I was not able to find anything on the EA help website and the live chat option does not show up!The money was taken off my bank account and steam has sent me an email confirming my purchase and on the steam support page it says that my purchase went trough!Is there a fix to this, or if anyone had the same experience would they be able to help?

I checked the form myself and it seems to be working on my end. I am using the newest Chrome browser. Here are the steps I take to start chat with our team. To open a new case on our home page go to https://help.ea.com/en/help-home/ and select the game. Then click on: See all help topics. Select Missing content Then you can select the followingcategory, as explained in the article: I'm looking for something I bought Click on EMAIL US to select your platform After the initial case is created, it will show Waiting on player status. When you click on it, you can Resume the case to start a new chat.

I've had this exact same experience and it is impossible to get it resolved. I have put in 5 different cases and all have been ignored and there is no options to talk to anyone. I hope you have better luck than me. The EA help is absolutely NO HELP AT ALL!

@for4lesss I encountered the same issue. EA replied to my email, saying they would help three days ago. They requested some information from me but didn't provide a contact method for me to respond. So, I submitted another case with the information, but I still haven't received any response.

Hey there,

I understand you're experiencing issues with the contact options after creating your case on our website. Could you please confirm if you are able to resume your case in order to start a live chat or send an email to one of our advisers? If not, could you try creating a new case and then, after receiving a response, resume that case to proceed?

Sign in to your EA Account.

Go to My Cases.

Select your existing case from the list, then choose Resume Case.

its all well and good saying go to my cases and resume but I'm trying that and its does nothing but bring me back to this page and when i return to my cases it still says waiting for player. its like some infernal loop and NOONE is willing to help cause EA thinks its too big to help players who they've effectively stolen from (I'm missing 2000 apex coins by the way: Case number 180189201)

Hi!
I have clicked "Resume case", but nothing happens. It just kicks me out and when I go back to the my cases page it just says "Waiting on player". I have opened a new case but it still does not work! I did not think when buying an in game currency it would be this hard for me to get it and that I would have to go out of my way just to make sure my money does not get stolen! I can not contact anyone in live chat noone replies to my email and as I said my case does not work!
My case numbers are:

I dont get it i just opend two cases (#180263844, #180255943) why schould i go to resume case? It sais Waiting on player.
