Missing Ultimate Battle Pass Spit 1 items

I originally had earned the skins for both Conduit and Newcastle as well as the additional exotic shard. Upon checking after Spit 2 was released, the skins as well as my exotic shard are gone. Can anything be done? I can confirm my purchase with a receipt of the ultimate pass along with the completion of the Split via the badge.
