Apex Coins unavailable

Recently got a bug for short time where I couldn't buy apex packs, then it was gone and recently it came back but it won't go away and I have different reward in event because of that. Basically game thinks I'm in a region where apex packs are unavailable. Both EA and Steam accounts are set to Poland and I've never changed that, also never played via VPN. Tought it was gone for good but now in event shop I have epic pack to redeem rather than the event one, and all packs with bundles in shop are unavailable.

I've tried setting region on EA account and resetting trusted devices because they're tied to region I think, nothing helped.
