My skins in apex gone

Hey everyone im back to play apex legends again after I deleted after few years I downloaded it again and I found a lot of changes and I found that almost all my skins for my character and weapons are gone and still have old skind and almost every character has locked but i was playing in the close character before deleting and yes its my old account .and my friend has faced the same problem.is this happened to any one before please help
