Not permitted to play
I was playing Apex fine earlier, I left to go and eat and when I returned it says not permitted to play online. I play on ps5.

Same issue here. Family member and I (both in same house on two different PS4s in the same lobby playing together) finished up a match of bot royale for fun; and when we returned to lobby, it showed us together but our characters were greyed out and we couldn’t ready up to play mixtape. We both restarted Apex. They got back in and are playing mixtape, but my game now is stuck on the start screen with an “account is not permitted to play online” notice with the x retry button that doesn’t do anything.
