My Apex Legends account was banned for Gameplay Enhancement
Hello I would like to inquire about the specific reason why my Apex Legends account was banned. I understand you may not disclose detailed reasons. I know many players from my region use unauthorized third-party programs, but I believe my account was not targeted unfairly. My account was banned the day after April Fool’s Day. I sincerely hope you can handle my case carefully and responsibly. Before the ban, I played no less than 5 matches in casual modes. After that, I started playing ranked games. I was suddenly kicked out of the match halfway through the game. I truly think this ban might be an incorrect judgment. I hope I can get a chance to review my game records and verify whether I have committed any violations. Please help me recheck my account situation. Thank you.
I got banned for no reason and cannot appeal at all
I tried to play with my friend yesterday, and suddenly it got dislinked from my EA account. I checked my account detailed and showing permanent banned when I did not play at all. My last game was about 2 weeks ago and never played before that. I tried to submit it on appeal and live chat on customer services but it kept showing case not created and live chat showed a repeated message. Could I get back my account? At least I want to know who hacked my account or what was problem is.
stuck on the loading screen forever
things i tried... 1 Allowed 30+ minutes on the loading screen to compile shaders, but it never progresses 2 Repaired/Verified the integrity of the game files multiple times 3 Flushed the DNS , and manually set Google DNS (8.8.8.8 / 8.8.4.4) 4 Turned off Full-screen optimization 5 My PC specs are fine, and I only have a standard mouse, keyboard, mic, and headset connected 6 Added Apex Legends to Microsoft Defender Antivirus Exclusions and Windows Firewall 7 Cleared the game cache files entirely i don't know what to do at this point
Unable to connect to EA servers
Every time i try to log into apex legends i get to the main menu screen then when i try to log in it says unable to connect to EA servers then it states it could either be my Wi-Fi or the ea servers are down. I know the servers arent down and my wifi is working and I cannot figure out why this issue continues to happen. I have tried multiple methopds to try and resolve the issue but it still continues to not work. I cant find anyone else with this issue so any help is helpful.Ce-108255-1 ERROR issue
Idk why but for 2 weeks I'm not able to play because of this dumb error I've tried so many methods of fixing the game and it just won't let me play I'm on PlayStation so I tried a different account and it worked so how come my account just doesn't work and I'm not banned either because I checked my history appon being banned and it's only been once for language and that's it but now this is happening I really just wanna play the game pls someone help me
Hacked account recovered, but Apex ban still remains
Hello EA team, I am asking for a serious review of my Apex Legends account because this account was hacked around 2021–2022, and I lost all access and control over it during that time. I only recently recovered my EA account, but my Apex ban is still active, and my appeals have already been denied. I want to make it clear that I did not cheat, and I was not using the account when the violation happened. This account means a lot to me because I started playing on it back in 2019, and I have spent many hours building it up. I have more than 800 hours on this account, never had a ban before, and I always tried to play fairly. I also invested real money into this account, including Apex Coins and rare items, and I was lucky enough to obtain a very rare Heirloom, which makes this account even more special to me. That is why losing it like this has been so frustrating and upsetting. I understand that the ban system may see the account history and assume wrongdoing, but I hope you can consider the full situation. The account was compromised, and any actions that caused the ban happened while someone else had control. I am respectfully asking for a careful manual review, because this account is important to me not only for the time and money I put into it, but also because it represents years of progress and memories. Please take this case seriously and give it a fair review. I truly want my account back, and I am asking for one honest chance to have this situation corrected.
