Last time i played Apex was sround 3-4 tears ago, I didn't have any violation but once i downloaded the game back it states that my account is ban for violating EA's User Agreement. Hello there, I hope you can help me with a problem regarding my son's Apex Legends account. My son has been playing Apex Legends for several years on consoles (PlayStation and Xbox). We invested a lot of time and money into this account, and it has all his progress and purchased content. Recently we decided to move him to PC gaming, because of that we tried to link his EA account to Steam so he could continue playing Apex Legends on PC with the same account. Unfortunately, we accidentally linked the wrong Steam account to the EA account. After realizing the mistake we unlinked that Steam account and tried to link the correct one, but no luck. Now we are getting a restriction message saying we have to wait 365 days before linking another account. This was an honest mistake, and we really want my son to continue playing on PC using his original EA account where all his progress and purchases are. Is there any way your team could help us manually link the correct Steam account to this EA account, or remove the restriction in this case? We would really appreciate any help or guidance you can provide. Thank you in advance!38Views0likes1CommentFalse Ban
I was banned today on apex for "gameplay enhancements" which is completely false.. I just redownloaded the game after not playing for years just to play with some of my friends. I even have clips of me playing with my friends with zero problems whatsoever.. I played this game when it first came out and spent a lot of money on this game too. If i don't get unbanned that's just unfair.Solved354Views1like7Comments[PC] Persistent "Anti-Cheat Authentication Timeout"
Issue: I am receiving the "Easy Anti-Cheat Core Authentication Timeout" error every time I try to launch Apex Legends or enter a match. Troubleshooting already performed (None of these worked): Full Windows Factory Reset: I performed a "Remove Everything" reset and a clean install of Windows. Network Bypass: I switched from my University Wi-Fi to a Mobile Hotspot, but the timeout still occurs. Admin Rights: I am running both the game and EasyAntiCheat_Setup.exe as an Administrator. Manual Repair: I have used the EAC Setup tool to "Repair Service" multiple times. Clean Boot: Since the PC was just reset, there are no third-party apps like reWASD or DS4Windows installed. Request: Since a full OS wipe and a network change did not resolve the issue, is there a known server-side conflict with my hardware ID (HWID) or a specific Windows security update from this week? I have never had this issue before today.unable to connect to ea servers (code Anti-cheat authentication timeout)
