Game Logic Error
Was checking to see if our game finally worked. But still receiving the error. I have 8k kills with Path. Hundreds of hours played. Why not just let me create a new account, and transfer everything at this point. There are loyal gamers who care about specific games and this is mine. The fact that this is not being acknowledged is kind of immature. I hope I can play soon, but I hope there is also a permanent fix to this issue.Game logic error again
A week ago I was dealing with this error and it was temporarily fixed. Now its back again. Every time I try to start my game it freezes and then displays this message: Just like last time, I tried every suggested step I could find online including but not limited to reinstalling, verifying game files, and reinstalling easy anti-cheat. Since the August update, I can't play APEX. It launches, but it's stuck on loading. I've tried starting it as an administrator, checking the game's integrity, and even reinstalling it, but nothing has changed. Hello, I would like to ask for your assistance regarding my account. In the EA Help “Penalty History,” it now shows “No account violations or disputes.” The case status has also changed from “Rejected” to “Closed.” However, I am still unable to log in to Apex Legends. It has already been more than one day since the penalty history changed. Could you please clarify whether this means that the ban has already been lifted but has not yet been reflected in the game? If so, could you let me know the expected timeframe for the update, or if any additional action is required on my side? I launched Apex Legends after about five months, only to discover a few days ago that my account had been suspended for hacking. I submitted an appeal for my penalty, but no case has been created. I've tried using a private browsing window and a different browser, but still no case is generated. This is my third time getting this error. Advisors do nothing but give me the exact same steps over and over. I played last night and now its back for the third time. I am extremely disappointed with the lack of resolution regarding my account issue, which has now persisted for nearly a year. In November last year, my account was suddenly banned without explanation. I immediately raised this issue, and while the ban was promptly removed, no reason was ever given. Since then, I have been completely unable to play the game properly. Specifically: 1.I am permanently stuck in the “matching” screen. 2.The system always shows only one player. 3.I cannot even access the practice range. I have already tried every possible troubleshooting step, including reinstalling the game and even reinstalling my entire operating system. The issue is clearly not on my side. I have reported this problem multiple times, yet I have received no meaningful response or solution from your team. This level of support is unacceptable. Anyone who has used the customer service center knows that they will only ask you to post here. And this problem affects a huge number of people — I am absolutely not an isolated case. Whether it gets resolved or not is basically just a matter of luck. I can only "follow" their advice and "once again come here to post" in hopes of getting help. But I’m mentally exhausted. Because of their company’s problem, my rights and property have already been affected for almost a year, and I’ve had to keep repeating this process.
