I got hacked and banned and they refuse to unban me
I got hacked and then banned on ea account and apex I proved I was hacked restored my ea account turned on 2FA. Then I appeal the Apex Legends ban as it was also due to me being hacked I never cheated or disobeyed the ToS. Then I get a reply of refusal to unban me. This is a joke and I need help in fixing this if anyone from the ea support or ToS team is available on this forum to help or if any community member has advice on what to do next. As it stands I have sent another appeal regarding my apex ban don't know if it will get ovcerturned or declined but honestly this is disgusting because the most simple thing to do is unban me and if they detect me cheating again or what ever it's as simple as banning me again instead of declining my request as they "would not be able to recognize if it was me on a vpn or the hacker at that point" even though the timeline of events clearly shows a different login location different email my account was changed to and an unknown authenticator app added.
I got banned for no reason
So here is the thing, as the topic said I got banned for no reason, the ban history(the first attachment) is also empty with the reason. Also if you curious, I streamed that day, and I only played for like half an hour, I can literally just put out the link to check if I was cheating or not. And after that, I tested with my another account, which is a brand new one just to check what was the impact, and I found out it was a hardware banned, so I'm so curious that EA can ban a person with no reason and literally just ban my motherboard? I actually just want my account back, it has been five years, I devote a lot in it, I feel very disappointing at them. Unable to connect to Ea servers.
For 3 days I have been trying to get into the game but I cannot, for it keeps looping at initializing and in the end it says "Unable to connect to EA servers". I have tried all typed of tips to fix this but I can't. Nobody in the community is helpful enough either to help not to mention anyone from the support team (if they even have one). Someone please help me fix this.
Network disconnected automatically within 1-2 minutes after opening APEX
Since the anti-cheat content was updated on June 3, I have never successfully logged into APEX again, because every time I enter the lobby for 1-2 minutes, my computer network will lose connection, no matter restarting, reinstalling the system, uninstalling and reinstalling the game, it cannot solve the problem. I’m stuck on the loading screen where it won’t let me hit any buttons it tells me to hit X to continue, but I can’t even hit X to continue. None of my buttons have any issues it’s just when I get into the game that it won’t let me hit anything. I have a PlayStation 5 by the way. Unable to aim down sight, and start the game as my "X" button wont work. This happened during a ranked game, and haven't been fixed since. Ive restarted and reinstalled my game many times hoping it would fix it, but its as if its embedded within my account now. Please help, Its impossible to play now.
Not receiving emails for password change
Hello all, I went afk for a bit and now Steam is saying I need to log in my EA account again. However when I tried to log in the website said my account security was "at risk" and forced me to change my password (It didn't even give me the login option just one button that said RESET YOUR PASSWORD). I typed in my email and requested a code but the email never went through. I checked every folder, there was none. I also tried to click the resend button multiple times but it never worked. So I went ahead and tried to reset my password to my alt account and the email went through almost immediately. Idk what's going on. Am I just not allowed to play on my main anymore? I'm confused. Since June 9th, a communication failure mark suddenly appeared, and after freezing, a message "Internet error" was displayed, and I was forced back to the lobby and a penalty was applied. The Internet is stable so I can investigate the cause. I have done everything except initializing the PS5, but it does not fix it. The cause is also unknown. I do not know how to fix it. Please tell me the solution.
Overall server issues
This has been plaguing me since I started to play the game last year, the servers have such bad connections, and I wouldn't mind it that much as long as I didn't get abandoned sanctions because of it. It has made me quit the game for 6+ months, and I recently started [playing again, but to no avail. My internet speeds are 800MBps down and 400MBps up, and there are no problems in any other games. I also have login issues sometimes, I don't know if it is the spaghetti that the code is, or something else, this also happens on other platforms, which include: Xbox, Switch, and PlayStation.
