I’ve been dealing with this absolute bull**bleep** for three months now. I installed Apex Legends again to play with my friends after a long break, only to find out I was permanently banned this ban was 1 year ago. I figured I might’ve gotten hacked by one of those Chinese hackers flooding the game lately. You know the type — the ones who spam cheats from offshore farms and ruin every lobby they touch. So I submitted an appeal back in May. No reply. I searched every **bleep** corner of the internet to figure out how to contact EA directly. Finally, I managed to open a support case and even got a confirmation email. I thought it was going to be fixed — but nope. They sent me a no-reply email because their mailbox was full or some bull**bleep** like that, then just closed my case without responding. This company is an absolute cancer. This is my tenth appeal claiming I was hacked and someone used cheats on my account. I’ve sent emails and used their garbage 1-on-1 chat system run by clueless parrots from India who keep repeating the same scripted bull**bleep**. All they say is: “Just send another email.” “Try appealing again.” Mother**bleep**er, I’ve done that a dozen times already. I asked for real help, but they act like they can’t read. I’ve tried everything they keep telling me a million times already, but when I ask for a concrete solution, those **bleep** just say, “This is all we can do.” And when I ask them to give me the contact info or email for their cheat investigation team, they just say they can’t provide it. **bleep**ing idiots. What kind of support is this? Are they helping me or babysitting a blind orphan? If I don’t get my account back — the one I’ve had since Season 1, 2019 — I swear I’m gonna blow my **bleep**ing mind I’m done playing nice. Fix this **bleep**. Hey guys.. ok so i redownloaded apex legends on my new ps5 the other day eager to play again but when i go to login to my account there is no verification code being sent.. like at all. So i tried logging into the website and same thing.. i was getting no verification code. At first i thought it was just my email however i tested it and other verification codes came in right away just not EA’s.. so please help a brother out i beg. I jus wanna play the game and not have all my money down the drain i spent on the game.🙏🏾Account false ban
Dear EA team, My account was false banned on the 16th of July for some reason. I swear I never cheated. I love the game and I really value my account since I play from season 2. I did not receive an email and I was not even in game at that time. My last match was at the 12th of July. The only thing I ask is a more profound review of my account. I cross progressed my Xbox account to my PlayStation, I was in a live chat with ea support asking about when I will be able to play my higher level account.
