Cannot log in to my account pls help
So I used to play apex when it first came out and had a lot of stuff, and spent a lot of money and time on the game. Last year my ps5 account got banned and I couldn’t play online games for a certain amount of time, now that the ban is lifted I tried to log back into my apex account that is connected to that ps5 account, and it has logged me out. Now here’s the thing, I cannot remember the email for my EA account, it is not the same email as my ps5 account and I also do not have access to the email that was used to create my EA Account. I have tried contacting Sony and EA, but I cannot find the right help. I have tried every possible email it could be, but the apex account is old and was made when I was a kid, I do however have access to the email for the PlayStation 5 account that the EA account is connected to, is there any way that either I, EA or Sony can see what EA account is connected to my ps5 account and the email address for that ea account. A few weeks ago, my opened my PS5 Apex and all of the menu options were greyed out and every time I try to queue into a game with my friends it lets them in but I stay stuck in the lobby. I have tried to relink my EA account, backed out to the menu and rejoined, deleted and redownloaded the game and nothing works. Has anyone found a fix? I have no idea why my account was suddenly banned. My skill level in this game is not high, and I mostly get killed by other players, but I still enjoy playing it very much. I have been stuck on the same lobby screen every time I log into apex legends, my character is like static moving every 3 seconds, with my credits and all that loading, I also can’t access any of the other tabs at the top besides the menu and cannot go into any game. I’ve tried literally everything to fix this but nothing has worked. Deleted and reinstalled the game 3 times. Fully reset ps5 like 3 times, changed graphics resolution lower, didn’t work, checked for updates, none, restored game liscense, nothing, and much more. I just wanna play the game man and nothing is working. If anyone has ever had this happened and some how fixed it, please let me know asap. Thanks 🙏Ps4 to ps5 migrate wiped my account??

Hey there, so to keep it short, a few years ago i played Apex on ps4, spent a couple hundred bucks and got my first heirloom aswell as level 433, the stopped playing until recently. Now ive been wanting to play again, but on pc, same email for my PC-Ea account as the email that my PSN account is under, but for some reason it not only didnt properly take over the higher leveled "primary account" from the Playstation account, when i booted up my PS4 i lost my high level account, the live chat agent told me he simply couldnt help me and that the account is lost... Is that true? is my 900 hour, 300+ € account really just gone?Banned for no reason
I haven't been able to log into my game in tow months. At fist, the live support agent told me is was a mistaken ban and asked me to wait for ten days. Ten days later, When i contacted support agent, They told me they were repairing the system as quickly as possible and asked me to wait longer. At the beginning, There was no ban record at all, But after a months and a half, a ban record suddeny appeared. Then ban reason says that I violated their gameplay enhancement rules, But I have nvere used any cheats or third party software. This year, I have already been banned twice, and both time it happened right after I purchased the battle pass. I submitted appeals, and all of them were denied. plz unblock this quickly. This is unfair.
