The connection to the server timed out (code:net).
I'm Japanese, so I'll use a translator. Recently when I play Apex, I get the message "Connection to server timed out (code:net)." and the app crashes about once every 10 minutes. I'd really appreciate it if you could tell me if you've done anything to fix this. I'm playing on a PlayStation 5 using a wired internet connection. Thank you very much :1Help
My apex account username xrtiny ea namer Charrlley i think. I got signed out of a couole days ago and am unable to re access it and i need help from someone at ea for the email i used. I believe i have the right one but it tells me otherwise. My accounts around level 1400 ive got 7 heirlooms and 18k kills on octane please someone help. Im on ps5 eu
Lost skin and other ideas
I logged into Apex after a while of not playing and noticed that some of my skins, emotes, banners, and weapon skins were missing. But not all of them were missing I still have a majority of my skins and weapon skins. And I still have all my trackers and badges. It seems that only these specific items are missing.Missing rewards / XP not granted” / Progress not tracking
Hi, I'm having a problem with the in-game challenges. Some of the Battle Pass challenges aren't counting as completed. I'm having trouble with the weekly challenges, and my daily XP keeps showing as 0. I play for several hours a day, and it's bothering me because I enjoy collecting Battle Pass items. I started playing apex and I can't complete the welcome challenges cause I ended up getting to the skirmisher challenges and it wants me to break 5 opponents shields ok but even if I am away from the bots to make sure it's me that does it it still just doesn't work so I need to know is there a fix for thislost all my progresses on apex psn account due to linking ea account
Ho, my name is Pietro i used to play apex a lot in the past, i’m talking about since 2020 to 2/3 years ago, i always played on the same account, my psn account (id: ninna2230), i was around level 400/450, had all the legends, a bunch of skins and stats since season 4. today i wanted to play apex again after a long time, so i went and reinstalled it, but when opening it i was asked to log into my ea account. personally i embee created one, so i did create one (this one where in writing from) with the same email that i used on my psn account with all my progresses, but then, after writing down the code i got sent by email, i received a message on the screen saying i couldnt log in in that account because it was already linked to the psn account (ninna2230, the account i was on while trying to open apex) so i went on the ea site and unlinked the two accounts (my storic psn account and my brand new ea account that i dont know how was linked to the psn account) to then log in form my ps4 in the screen that initially asked me to log into my ea account. so i put the code that was sent on my email in and this time it worked, it let me open apex, except for the fact that i LOST ALL MY PROGRESSES, i got logged in in a brand new apex account, level 1, no legends unlocked, no skins, all stats to 0. im beggin you EA, i need my account back, i played so so so much on it and i even spent money on it, and all of this seems to be gone now i dont know what to do, hope you will be albe to help me
