not sure who is having this issue I'm on pc and my buddy is on console but since the launch of the new season Apex has just ran very poorly I have great internet my ping never jumps way up but I get the packet loss icons in the top right. its so bad trying to play and rank up when I can barely even move around I've been loosing rp and my patients with this game they need to fix there sh*t, I just want to want have fun and rank up with my friends but between this issue and all the cheaters its hard to even do so. i know im not the only one that has this issue either ive watched streamers playing and the game just start bugging out on them so this is to EA and RESPAWN FIX YOUR GODDAMN GAME or you guys just loose more more people that play your game7Views0likes0CommentsPacket Loss Constantly fluctuating
I'm not sure if it's just me but for about 2 weeks now whenever I try to load the game on PS4 I can't unless I restart the game like 3 times. When I do get into the game I haven't had less than 30 packet loss and it fluctuates between 30 and 60 kicking me from the server after every game. I've tried restarting my router and using a wired connection doesn't seem to help either. The error code I keep revieving is code:leaf. If anyone has anything that's worked for them I would appreciate it because I've already deleted the app and reinstalled it hoping that would be the solution however that hasn't worked either.What to do if your Apex Legends account got banned or suspended

I’m writing regarding an issue that has been ongoing since the launch of Season 22. I reached Apex Predator rank during that season. I have proof including screenshots and leaderboard evidence, and even your system shows my account as Predator. However, when rewards were distributed, I only received Diamond rewards instead of Predator. I’ve contacted EA Support multiple times through email, and each time I received the same response: that support doesn’t have the tools to grant ranked rewards or that rewards aren’t given manually. I completely understand that, but in this case, it’s not about free rewards. I earned Predator rank legitimately, and the rewards should reflect that. I would like this issue to be escalated to the Apex Legends development or QA team who can verify my rank data and correct the mistake. Click on the button "Contact us" and then you'll be redirected to the AI agent. <removed> it DOES NOT matter that you initially contacted support for not being able to login into your account. Hi there, I’m experiencing severe and consistent packet loss, but only when playing Apex Legends and only when the game connects me to EA’s anti-DDoS protected servers. After extensive testing, this does not appear to be a local network issue. It looks like a routing or peering problem between Xfinity and EA’s infrastructure. Connection details: Platform: PlayStation 5 (wired via Ethernet) NAT Type: Open (Type 2) Latency: Typically 30 to 40 ms Advanced Security: Disabled on the gateway What I’m seeing: Apex runs normally when connected to standard servers When the game connects to protected servers (identified by the “home plate” icon), I get 50 percent or more incoming packet loss Outgoing packet loss remains at 0 percent Server choke is 0, so the issue is not with server capacity Gameplay symptoms: Heavy rubberbanding and prediction errors Unplayable matches from start to finish Consistent problem across multiple games and times of day Important context: Console is hardwired, not on Wi-Fi Multiple Ethernet cables tested Gateway fully rebooted No port blocking or firewall conflicts Other games play without issue and speed tests show stable results Traceroutes to EA servers show normal latency and routing, but they do not reflect the UDP packet loss Apex experiences The issue seems tied to when I’m routed through EA’s anti-DDoS protected servers, and that’s where I see packet loss on Xfinity. I’m sure this is a completely unique issue, but I play claw on Playstation 5 and I’ve been using this button layout for years. My ultimate ability is circle and up on the d-pad. Ever since this new season came out, the game won’t let me use my ultimate without using my tactical completely. So if I’m playing Loba I have to use my bracelet twice before I can place my black market down. I’m pressing both of the buttons at the same time, but the game isn’t registering that all of a sudden. I don’t know if this is the right place to put this thread, and I doubt anyone has the same issue because it’s such a weird button layout. But I won’t be able to climb up to higher ranks unless I’m able to use my ultimate effectively. Especially in sensitive situations. Can this pleaseeee be fixed?
