Should I have an heirloom by now?
I played the game for years from launch and then stopped in around 2022 and now I've started playing it again and have heard that you're garunteed an heirloom at level 500. I'm level 400 but I remember when there was only a maximum of 100 levels for like a year so I would probably have gone way past 500 by now as I was on 100 for a long time. Also I feel like I've opened way more than 500 packs by now. Not sure if this is actually possible to fix but I was just wondering.

I recently got an heirloom and was very happy about it because this was late at night and I screamed everyone came into my bedroom anyway I went to sleep wondering what I should get but when I woke up I had no more shards and I got the metallic Banshee. Personally I hate this heirloom because you can hardly see it so I was proper annoyed when I got it. I've recently found out that it was my brother and he is now grounded. I am not happy and this was my first heirloom so I'm so angry and really want a refund to actually get want I wanted.
Issue with Apex Packs
I am experiencing an issue with Apex Packs on the PS4 version of Apex Legends. When I attempted to open the packs, a server error occurred, and I did not receive any rewards. Only the Apex Packs disappeared. Since it appeared possible to open 20 packs at once, I opened 20 packs in a single batch. I repeated this process twice, but on both occasions, the packs vanished without granting any rewards. I have already restarted both the game and my PS4, but the missing packs and rewards have not been restored. I would appreciate your assistance in resolving this issue.
