Packet loss

I realize that it's been over a year, but i am having the exact same problem as this man. I've done all the troubleshooting tips that this forum has listed, i've even got 2 sets of 2 UOTraces, one set to the easo.ea.com and one set from what i believe is to be the IP for the dallas server that im usually playing on (63.251.239.123). I'll attach them here, but i hope that you can diagnose a potential fix because i love this game so much and this terrible connection is literally ruining the game for me ☹️

I have a packet loss issue too from the last 4 days and it is a huge issue. the game runs smooth but can't pick items properly. I play on SEA server and I m from India and using JIO network

I had packet loss issues in about every 5th game for months and I tried everything on EAs guide, nothing worked. Now I found out that my modem router device did not have the current firmware. It is set to automatic updating but for some reason, it didn't update. After updating it manually I do not experience packet loss anymore. I can only imagine that the older firmware has caused a vectoring problem (no idea, just a wild guess). 

When i think back to when the problems started (I stopped playing for months) it pretty much coincides with the date of the firmware update. 

So everyone with packet loss....check your firmware on your modem router.
