I’m just gonna get to the point so my brother gifted me the ultimate battle pass for Apex and before that I was level 30 in the battle pass without a battle pass. When he gives me it for some reason, I didn’t receive all the awards I’ve earned I restarted my Xbox restarted my game so many times nothing works. I’m pretty sure you hear this a lot but I started when this game came out and I play once in a while. I’m trying to get back to the game and I just wanna have a good time without any bugs or anything and all I’m asking is to fix what I’ve earned Because I ain’t getting nothing when I’m leveling up in the battle pass. An FYI, my brother gifted me the ultimate battle pass through Xbox messages send me a redeem code I don’t think there’s a difference between gifting through Xbox or Apex just please help me get what I’ve earned in the game
