I started playing apex and I can't complete the welcome challenges cause I ended up getting to the skirmisher challenges and it wants me to break 5 opponents shields ok but even if I am away from the bots to make sure it's me that does it it still just doesn't work so I need to know is there a fix for this
Unlinking account issues
I've recently accidently linked my xbox account o a new steam profile(and my discord) unaware that progress is kept to the ea account and that there's a 6 month cooldown. anyone have any advice for getting in contact with ea support? I've tried contacting them on this account and the one I want to reconnect my xbox to but im not even getting the "help received" emails and it's been 2 weeks anyone have any advice for reaching ea support or know someone on the forums I can talk to in order to get help?lost all my progresses on apex psn account due to linking ea account
Ho, my name is Pietro i used to play apex a lot in the past, i’m talking about since 2020 to 2/3 years ago, i always played on the same account, my psn account (id: ninna2230), i was around level 400/450, had all the legends, a bunch of skins and stats since season 4. today i wanted to play apex again after a long time, so i went and reinstalled it, but when opening it i was asked to log into my ea account. personally i embee created one, so i did create one (this one where in writing from) with the same email that i used on my psn account with all my progresses, but then, after writing down the code i got sent by email, i received a message on the screen saying i couldnt log in in that account because it was already linked to the psn account (ninna2230, the account i was on while trying to open apex) so i went on the ea site and unlinked the two accounts (my storic psn account and my brand new ea account that i dont know how was linked to the psn account) to then log in form my ps4 in the screen that initially asked me to log into my ea account. so i put the code that was sent on my email in and this time it worked, it let me open apex, except for the fact that i LOST ALL MY PROGRESSES, i got logged in in a brand new apex account, level 1, no legends unlocked, no skins, all stats to 0. im beggin you EA, i need my account back, i played so so so much on it and i even spent money on it, and all of this seems to be gone now i dont know what to do, hope you will be albe to help meEa PlayStation account linking
I am seeking assistance with linking my EA account to a different PlayStation account because the one it is currently connected to has been permanently suspended. Since I no longer have access to that account, I am unable to manage my EA services or continue using them as intended. I would appreciate guidance or support in safely transferring or relinking my EA account so I can regain access and continue playing without further issues please let me know if I can get some assistance I have so much stuff on my account I wish to not lose because of an incident that has nothing to do with the game as I have 0 suspensions.Weapon Damage Tracker Inaccurate
I've got a week 1 challenge for SMG damage for both the Holo-Day Challenge (Deal 15k Damage with SMG) and the Battle Pass Weekly (Deal 10k Damage with sub machine guns). They are the same weapons, but are tracking differently. I have only played 1 night this Battle Pass, and my Battle Pass Weekly is tracking at 2842/10000 while the Holo-Day is tracking at 8333/15000. This is ridiculous!I got back in the game after 2 years, now my progress is lost (Switch)
I wanted to hop back into Apex Legends through the Switch, because this is where I first played the game. I played for 300+ hours in total around 2021-ish and stopped playing for a while. I'm using the same email for the Nintendo Account and the EA Account. I have linked my EA to Steam prior, and they're all using the same email. When I installed the game again on Switch, it asked me to link my EA Account, and now all my progress is lost and I'm reset to Level 1. I read that there's a bug where account progress resets? I'm not sure if my account was affected. But my Nintendo Switch stats do reflect that I've been playing for an extended period of time. Is there any way to retrieve my progress?
