my apex wont find me a match and keeps crashing

Hello, I bought the first split of the season 29 battle pass with the in game currency that I had from the last battle pass but I didn’t receive a skin called vapor runner for crypto. Ive received the dark web one but not the vapor runner. I’ve played and went all the way to level 40 where I should have earned and received the skin, but when the battle pass reset for the second split, it didn’t give it to me in my account. can I please get some help asap with this issue as it’s a relatively new occurrence because I feel hesitant on buying the second split battle pass if I’m getting issues like this.Questions regarding game frame drops and in-game feel

After the update of Season 30, my frame rate sits at around 140 FPS in regular in-game scenarios, yet it plummets to 60 FPS the moment I engage in combat with other players. The frame fluctuation has increased by 30 FPS compared with the previous season, resulting in severe frame drops. Official announcements stated that overall game smoothness had been optimized and server lag had been greatly improved. However, this frame drop issue still persists badly for me. Notably, only a small number of players have encountered the same problem. I wonder whether my hardware is no longer capable of running the game adequately. That is my first confusion. My second question concerns a hot topic widely discussed among players in the CN region: can controller settings affect the operating feel of keyboard and mouse users? Right after every major version update, numerous players notice subtle shifts in gameplay feel, and many claim that controller response curves interfere with the experience of keyboard-and-mouse players. Apex voice and text chat unavailable
I got this bug on apex that my account or any account on my ps5 cannot use voice on apex, "apex voice and text chat unavailable for your account" I have tried everything, besides restoring my ps5 I tried network, i tried parental control, tried rebuilding database, tried changing languages, trieddeleting the game file and saved data The only thing that kinda works is playing through the ps4 version, which I can (sometimes, no not always) hear people and they can hear me But that kinda sucks for my ps5, and also seems to lag more The account was not banned, and does not have any notifications for infractions, apparently it is a bug that stuck with my account, I dont know if its a bug because one of my controllers has bad mic attachment, but I mean it should not stick with the account forever when it disconects (thats crazy right?) Please someone help meIs the new Apex Collection Event Heirloom pack actually bugged?
Hello, I just wanted to post an inquiry about the recent universal heirloom collection event just to inspire a transparent discussion about compensation for players. Just for some background on my perspective on the matter. I had just recently graduated high school this year and decided to splurge on the new 100 dollar or 10,700 apex coin collection event to get my first heirloom as it was drastically cheaper than the 500 dollars or 250 to get shards naturally from pack or to obtain them from their original collection events. I was especially interested in doing this because of the added incentive to obtain other legendary skins. Unfortunately, I got Metallic banshee (my least preferred of the ones to obtain). I wasn't originally going to make a post on the official forums until coming across a recent post expressing the same dissatisfaction with the heirloom they obtained. The user GeckoSquad89 made a post make a complaint, albeit under entirely different emotional circumstances, about obtaining the same heirloom (the metallic banshee) which has sparked my suspicion as to whether there is an actual bug, as the user phrased it, in the odds to obtain a specific universal heirloom from the pack. It was my assumption that the odds were equal to get any heirloom you did not already have from the pack, it could be that I misunderstood. I don't want compensation, if indeed there wasn't a mistake. However, this post has soured my initial reaction to the heirloom I obtained and does make me heavily supportive as to whether or not GeckoSquad89 does receive their desired heirloom, given their late battle with leukemia, and has interested me in having my post forwarded as a support request or subject to thorough discussion if this relates to a larger issue. I appreciate the consideration of my lengthy post and hope to see responses addressing the issues I raised and so that hopefully my experience can be corroborated so that GeckSquad89 can get the reparations he deserves, pending what his situations merits.
