Currency glitched and menus not working in lobby

Help, I found that an account I didn't recognize from a few years ago is linked to my Steam and it feels like it might have been hacked. After discovering this, I found that my account progress had been cleared. I asked customer service to help me recover it, only to find that my Apex account was banned. I have been complaining for years. Please pay close attention to this message. I really need help. I keep saying my account has problems. Since you know there is a problem, why not help me solve it? I also said that my account was indeed hacked. Because my account was hacked, there must be a problem. Why do you knowingly allow this? So you still did nothing and just went through the motions. Hello EA Support, I need help recovering my Apex Legends progress, skins, and purchases. I used to play Apex Legends in 2021 through Steam, but the game was linked to an Origin/EA account that belongs to my brother. All my progress, skins, Battle Passes, and purchases were made on that EA account while playing through Steam. Recently, I installed Apex again through Steam, but when I logged in, all my skins and progress were gone. It appears that Steam is now linked to a different EA account instead of the original one I used before. I still have access to the original Origin/EA account (email and password), and I can also provide proof of purchases made in Steam for Apex Legends. I believe the issue is caused by the wrong EA account being linked to my Steam account. I had my ps4 account linked to this EA account,because i was playing on ps4 in the past. I changed EA account so i transfered my ps4 account to the other EA account, however I didnt get the progress that I had in my ps4 account in the other EA account. So i thought that if I relink my ps4 account to the EA account i originaly played with in my ps4 I would get it back. But it never happened. Back like 3 years ago I would play apex on my ps4, but when I started playing on pc like 2ish years ago my data would not sync, no prompt or anything (and yes it's all linked, idk if it was caused by unllinking an relinking trying to fix it), today I tried again and even the ps4 now has my level 5 steam account (i was at least lvl 80+ had pathfinder heirloom and had spent money on skins). I tried going through support but it was absolutely no help and felt like I was talking to a bot. Has anyone else had this happen and know a fix?Solved
