Lost all my Apex Legends progress
I logged in to my account recently and found my account was reset back to level 1. I've lost all my heirlooms, skins and progress that I made for 4 years. I play the game on Steam and I have almost 1800hrs on the game. Is there a way I can recover all my lost progress. Thank you.
Authentication error code 10000
Hi guys did anyone notice this, this problem appeared to me after the takeover "season 24" update, everytime I am trying to start the the game the lost connection to ea servers (domain eadp authenticationError Code 1000). See ea.com/unable-to-connect for additional information. Error code appears, I tried every solution they said and nothing worked, my internet connection is stable, I am using PS4, please help 😭 😭 😭Lost all my progress
I am having the same problem I lost hours of my old progress from when I was playing on PS4 on the same email now all I'm getting is a blank account on PS5, I don't know what to do I spent a lot of time trying to see how to fix it but nothing seems to work my account is the same idk what to do And I have not unlinked it and have tried all my old accounts nothing seems to bring it back, I spent a lot of money on it and am level 500, when I look up my name on apex tracker it appears Is there any way to get it back??Missing Apex Legends content
All the data of my Apex Legends account has been completely erased. I created my EA account back in 2019 and have been playing Apex Legends for several years. After starting work two years ago, I didn't play the game for over a year. When I logged in today, I was shocked to find that all the data of my game account had disappeared without a trace. There was a heirloom in my account, along with Horizon's achievements of 4,000 damage dealt and 20 kills in a single match. I sincerely hope you can help me recover my game data.
Cross progression issues
I just came back to Apex from being away for 10 seasons. I apparently had my PlayStation account linked to my sons EA account he used for his Switch (this was before cross progression was even added), I just unlinked it today and linked it to my PC EA account. I had a prompt directly from the EA app not in-game, about choosing saved data from different dates, one from today's date 1/27/25. and the other was from May of 2022, which is the year I switched from console to PC. I loaded the game up and it didn't do anything. Did I lose everything? Is there a way to fix it? please help.
