i have lost my season 4 5 6 7 animated pred badge and ea wont help me
hello i have contacted ea support 100 times regarding my missing animated season 4 5 6 7 animated pred badge and they are not helping me i have attached proof as you can see i have season 4 pred charm but i dont have the badge also lost all my other charms and badges

My PC Specs: GPU 4060, CPU i7-12700KF, Ram DDR4 32GB After the latest updates, my fps have dropped to 50-60. I have tried to re-install game, revert back old gpu driver, clear cache, delete apex configuration. I was wondering is there any confirmation if the test from Season 29 Split 1 has concluded, where ranked premade squads are limited to one tier difference. It looked like from the announcement that this test would run for the duration of the split until 23rd June. Has this now been fully implemented? Or will the ranked premade squad rules go back to 2 tiers difference?PC performence runing bad with with pc full AMD

I was in silver 1 one really good game away from being gold 4. I am currently on the game right now when it happened. I was in a match playing my one good game on ranked well i came in 2nd place in ranked and then when checking my rank it said i just got out of silver 4 and am now silver 3 like what happened to my rank and it says the season doesn’t end in 41 days so i shouldn’t have had a rank reset. What happened to the rest of my rank placement and why did this happened to me and its never happened before on all the yea Ive played on apex this is the first time its ever happened.
Lost All Apex Legends Progress, Legends, and Cosmetics After Returning
Hello, I'm hoping someone here might be able to point me in the right direction. I recently decided to come back to Apex Legends after taking a break for several years. When I logged in, I discovered that all of my progress appears to be gone. My account no longer has any of the legends I had unlocked, my stats seem to have been reset, and all of my cosmetics are missing. The item I'm most disappointed about losing is my Barret Wallace Newcastle skin, along with several other skins and unlocks that I had collected over the years. I've already logged into both my Xbox account and my EA account through PC, and neither shows any of my previous Apex Legends progress, unlocked legends, stats, or cosmetics. Because of that, I'm not sure what may have happened to my account data. Any assistance from EA Support would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance for your help.
