I updated my GPU drivers uninstalled and reinstalled tried both steam and EA app reinstalled a bunch of time and yes to no result. So my beginner pass has been stuck on level 39 with 8/10 challenges complete for the last 5 months. I can not complete it because I have done all of the challenges and there is no way for me to complete it. I am so frustrated with the fact that a resource at ea could not escalate my ticket to assist me further. I provided them proof that my account was now level 1 and I was not the day before. Is there any senior resource at EA that could potentially be able to ask me questions / receive screenshots so I can prove that my account was hacked? This post was translated (don’t wanna print it twice) On April 5, after I knocked out the heirloom, I discovered that the tabs "legend locker", "passes", "trials", "shop" were unavailable. Currencies are also loaded endlessly. This usually happens when logging into the game, it can last 3-5 seconds, but this is not the case. I logged into my brother's account, everything works there, I think it can resolve itself, postponed the problem, logged in after a day and a half, nothing works again. I wrote to support about 5 times. Unfortunately, the consultants did not give me any good advice, but only suggested that I restart the console, restart the Internet, and the like.
