There aren't even any penalty records or how are you supposed to appeal?
Hello, why is my game still banned in reality, but I can't see any penalty cases on EA Help? I haven't violated any rules at all; I just used VPN to open Faceit and logged into Apex at the same time. Is this the reason my account was banned? The current situation is that a player who loves EA is no longer allowed to raise objections? I’m experiencing an issue where my legend Ash is locked, even though I previously unlocked and used her normally. This issue started around the Season 28 update (not 100% sure, but around that time), and before that I had no problems using Ash. I mainly play on PC (Steam) but also use the EA App, and the issue occurs on both platforms. I have not reset my account or made any changes that would affect my legends, so this appears to be an account-related issue or lost unlock data rather than a general bug. I’ve already contacted support, but the issue has not been resolved, and I have attached screenshots showing that Ash is now locked again. I recently tried to start playing apex legend again since about 2 years, but my account seems to have lost data: my badges (except the rank badges), my levels, my banners, and the worst part is that I have to do all the tutorial to start playing the game. Hey everyone, I’m having a serious issue with the Ring Closing Challenge not tracking properly, and it’s now completely blocking me from playing ranked. The challenge is stuck at 0/30, even though earlier it was showing progress at 4/30. At some point, it bugged out and reset, and now it doesn’t track anything at all no matter what I do.
