Currency not loading and shop not working

This post was translated (don’t wanna print it twice) On April 5, after I knocked out the heirloom, I discovered that the tabs "legend locker", "passes", "trials", "shop" were unavailable. Currencies are also loaded endlessly. This usually happens when logging into the game, it can last 3-5 seconds, but this is not the case. I logged into my brother's account, everything works there, I think it can resolve itself, postponed the problem, logged in after a day and a half, nothing works again. I wrote to support about 5 times. Unfortunately, the consultants did not give me any good advice, but only suggested that I restart the console, restart the Internet, and the like. On April 2nd my account encountered a very serious bug that limits my access to only the ready up tab. The currency’s are flashing non-stop. I can’t access the store. I can’t change any skins or badges/trackers. I can’t change any of my heirlooms that I’ve spent a lot of money on. My battle pass has been stuck on level 26 for DAYS now it won’t level up. I can only play the game. My stats are tracking though which makes me think it’s some sort of main menu ui bug. I just used EA help to recover my account after it had been hacked into and disabled. Upon logging into apex legends, I found that all my progress has been reset. My EA name is aboot222, my ingame name is ABOOT222, and I am on playstation. Edit: I had to change the email address of the ea account. Originally it was connected to my Playstation account.
