Hey @Fusiada,

Progress is stored on the EA account where it was first earned, not your individual PlayStation or PC accounts.

This means that if you unlink a platform from the EA account, it will no longer have access to that content. This would be why you're not seeing any progress after unlinking both accounts and connecting them to a separate EA account.

Progress cannot be transferred between EA accounts, so the only way to restore that progress would be to re-link each platform to its original EA account.

If you're unable to go through that process to get them re-linked, you can reach out to support directly for more assistance.

If you create a new case here and select Game Support > The EA app > I want to update my EA Account information, you should be able to get in touch with the support team so they can assist further.

    I found out about all that after I linked the 2 together to a new e-mail. But after explicitly explaining to support that I can´t unlink the accounts for another 6 months, they only ever answer me saying the same things you just told me. I feel like I am talking to brick walls who won´t help me, even if they could. Guess I am not playing and paying for this game for 6 months now.

    Ok, so basically I still can´t recover my Progress, because my accounts are linked to THIS account and my progress is on the account which answered to this thread last time. Support does NOT reach out to me, they only give me the same old, automatically generated explanation of crossprogression. But I know how it works, I just want to relink my accounts before they delete my unused progress. I just tryed downloading Apex through my EA app with the right account, and I am level 1 there 2, which freaks me out and makes me think that my progress is not recoverable, which would be complete BS since I spent money on this game and account that I worked SO HARD for and It can´t just all be gone without asking me twice. I was FRICKING 14 when I linked the account to the email and I could never know how inmportant it would be today. So please, someone just genuinely help me without giving me and automated response. You mods should be able to shift everything into the right place, or at least explain me what is the best that I could do
