Re: Xbox to PC Cross Progression
Your Xbox content will become available on PC, it just means that any progress you make on your Steam account won't transfer over.
So it'll be something like this when your accounts merge:
Xbox --> Steam
And not: Steam --> Xbox
(This is done so players can't add a new account and get a quick easy packs or skins to merge into their account)
Once the merge has happened, you'll be able to progress the account both on Steam and Xbox.
