Same settings on different accounts feels different

So I have 2 accounts, I hadn't played on one of them for 3 years or so, and just went back to check on its settings.

When I play on that old account, the aim assist feels much greater, I have an accuracy that is 15-20 percent higher on average and the tracking almost feels automatic. When I copied these settings EXACTLY to my account with 7k hours, it feels way off, and my accuracy is terrible.

What could cause this? Is there higher aim assist on lower level accounts? Or is there a bug on my main account?
