Server Error: An error occurred on the server while trying to buy Raptor's Claw

I have 150 Heirloom Shards and I want to buy the Raptor's Claw. However, it gave me "Server Error: An error occurred on the server. Please try again later". I have tried changing servers, restarting the PC, and opened all the remaining packs as one other post suggested but this error still persists. I appreciate any suggestion to solve this problem.

    Hey @Ddawg224,

    We're aware of the server error showing up currently, sorry for any confusion.

    The Raptor's Claw heirloom is not currently purchasable until after the event. The server error will be removed shortly, but if you're looking to pick up the Raptor's Claw using heirloom shards it is only purchasable once the event ends.

    Raptors claw is available in Mythic store. I bought out the Bloodhound event to get his heirloom, and the free shards, which i planned to use on Raptors claw. only get server error. if it’s really a visual bug like some people are saying, Apex needs to just release the damn thing. Why is the raptors claw event ridiculously long anyway, just let me buy it

    Yeah this makes sense. The karambit is not still available in the event so I don't understand why it would not be available on the market...

    So how exactly is it fair that some players got to buy it early with shards and the rest of us can’t? any other developer would’ve just left it. EA is becoming notorious for stuff like this

    @Ddawg224 From my understanding, it wasn't meant to be unlockable via the shards yet.

    My honest opinion is that Respawn should end the event for it early and just let players craft it with the shards already. If no one bought it already from the event, chances are they will wait for it to go to the Mythic store.
