    Hey am_soern,

Sorry to hear you've been trying to get this progress restored for so long.

Unfortunately however, if you've re-linked the original accounts without the progress being restored as well, that would be lost.

    From our unlinking information:

When you unlink a platform account from your EA Account, you can link it to another EA Account, but your in-game progress won’t transfer over.

That means you’ll permanently lose access to:

    • games and game progress
    • DLC, expansions, and anything extra you have for your game
    • memberships and subscriptions
    • in-game purchases.

If you unlink your platform account and link it back to your original EA Account, you may be able to get your stuff back if you still can access the account.

Sadly that is not a guarantee however, so as you mentioned already re-linking accounts without seeing anything reappear, that would just mean the progress is lost. I'm afraid we are unable to manually restore any content that hasn't already shown back up when re-linking the accounts.

  • Heya,

Did you link your PSN account to a different EA Account than it was originally linked to?
If so, that would explain your loss of content, as all in-game data is stored on the EA Account, not the platform accounts like Steam, PSN and Xbox.

If you did relink it to a different EA Account, then it would mean that all your progress is on the EA Account it was originally linked to. Relinking your PSN account to that EA account should make you able to access your old progress again.

In that case, do you have a lot of different currencies (Visible in the top-right when in-game) that you didn't have before you lost all your progress?

Sadly enough, that seems to be the case.

Before cross progression was released or any mention about it was released, it was always the case that unlinking could result in permanently losing progress. A confirmation pop-up also appeared when you tried to unlink the PSN account, mentioning that you could lose in-game progress.

As Mako mentioned, there is indeed nothing that can be done and the progress seems to be permanently lost.
