Stuck on matchmaking

I’m getting stuck in matchmaking—it’s always showing only 1 player in the queue. I’ve tried every game mode and can’t even access the firing range; the only mode available is training. However, when I use another account on the same xbox console, everything works normally. My account was banned, however the ban was already overturned this week.
