I have to keep restarting the game and even then, sometimes the event won’t come back after resetting three or four times.

This is really poor, so little feedback from Devs. Really spoiling the event for me, no idea if my progress is being counted, can't see any of the challenges etc...
Hey guys, I’ve just discovered how you can see the challenges for the new event. Just press to see your map and on the left you can see the challenges. Hope this works for you!!
Hey guys I just found out how to fix the challenges for the new event on Apex Legends. When you’re in game just press to see your map and on the left the challenges will appear. Hope it works for u!!
Same. At this point im just going to play fortnite. Devs arent even communicatin . Feels like we are just assed out this event

I am also having this problem you can't see your challenges you you have a game logic problem in order to see your challenges you can start the game with another account once you got in with that acc it will show the challenges the challenges are the same for all ps4 players and have contacting EA for 3 days yet they didn't got a fix but i i formated my ps4 and redownload the game it didn't work so the problem is your acc or the save data so i hope that will help everyone i think this will also works for Xbox and pc by the way have great day

After the Grand Soirée Event started all of my challenges have disappeared including: Daily Challenges, Weekly Challenges, Battle Pass Challenges, and Special Event Challenges. Anyone know a way to fix this? I didn’t spend money on this game to not be able to do the challenges and finish my battle pass and i’m sure as hell not making a new account when i’ve done so much on this one.
I can't help you but some of my xbox friends are also having that problem

they claimed there is nothing wrong with my account.
told me to go to the forums. im on PC. ive spent almost 1k on this game i'd think in cosmetics....and im pretty pissed I cant collect the rest of the stuff.
I as well as multiple people I play with have also lost all challenges on my screen. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the game and still have no access to the new challenges for the new modes. Quite aggravated that I have spent so much time and money on this game and I don't get the special skins and stuff because I cannot complete any challenges. Also still a blank Red Box on the match summary every time since they had the glitch with the first challenge. Apex please fix this issue and somehow reimburse all us users with the stuff we should have
My dashboard has suddenly lost all challenges all it says on the right side is event store after matches the battlepass section comes up in red but with nothing in it I'm stuck on battlepass level 91 and can go no further as I get no points also I have played the new event unlocked the mirage skin and now those challenges have disappeared I can play the new modes but get no skins or rewards would really like some help as I have played it alot and should have at least the r301 skin by now
