Legend Tokens Missing

Hello EA_Mako, thanks for solving my account level reset issue, but I haven't get Legend Tokens by Account Progression. Those Tokens and Packs should from level 221 to 222 award seems missing from my account. I wonder some data issue happend about my account progression? I've never cross-platform my account btw.

Could you kindly fix this for my account asap?

So..I can no longer get Legend Tokens from now? Not sure what happend to my account data, but I don't think this is normal.

Not sure what happend, SteamID dismatch for a while and still no Legend Tokens today...
