The pop-up for cross progression not popping up?

So ive had a partial link thing too, where it says for friends all accounts are linked and now there's only one leader of the club. Previously was (xbox name) now its (ps name) or whichever platform I play om will display that name.

On my actual ea account, both the playstation and xbox account are linked to it. Do I need to just wait for the merge pop up?

I also have the partial link where it displays a different name on the platforms but I’m in the same club. I just logged in on pc with the same ea account I used on console so should I just wait for a pop up or do I have to re link anything 

Anyone experiencing a "partial link" this has been in the game for a while. your friends, clubs, and things of that nature have already linked between accounts. I bought a pc around 5-6 months ago, and when i linked my EA account i had my friends and club already linked on my level 1 account

i just started playing on pc so i dont even know if they did my account but i was over level like 600 and had octanes heirloom and my pc froze when i seen the "cross-progression" screen and couldnt do anything about it, so like am i stuck without all of it or?

I don't have cross progression yet, but every time i go to see the news in the news tab in game, it dosen't load, is that a sign my cross progression is glitching, or that I still don't have it?

Also does the pop up only appear on the most played account or any?

I got the pop up then my game said error now I can’t get it to come back.

So I got the pop up but I have different ID so do I link them now that I got the notification?

Will the pop-up show up even if you don't have any accounts to merge to? If not, what differentiates accounts that don't have anything to merge and ones that are not eligible for merge?

I got this pop up (attached below) , But I didn't got Cross Progression, What should I do?
