Unjust Permanent Ban on Apex Legends - Seeking Community Support

I am reaching out to this community in sheer frustration and despair over an issue that has left me baffled and devastated. I have been a dedicated Apex Legends player since day one, investing over $2000 into the game and countless hours into improving my skills and enjoying the experience. Unfortunately, my account has been permanently banned without any warning or clear explanation.
I have disputed the ban multiple times, only to receive the same generic response that an investigation has been conducted. Despite my repeated pleas, I have not been provided with any specific reasons or evidence to justify this drastic action. I have never cheated, and I have never knowingly violated any terms of service. Why would I risk an account that holds not just monetary value but also sentimental value due to the time and effort I've invested?
Here are some key points that I believe should be considered:
Day One Player and Supporter: I was among the first to jump into Apex Legends, captivated by the surprise launch. My journey with the game has been long and dedicated, contributing to its community and growth.
Significant Financial Investment: Over the years, I have spent more than $2000 on the game. This includes purchasing cosmetics, battle passes, and other in-game content. Such a significant investment demonstrates my commitment and passion for Apex Legends.
No Prior Warnings or Violations: I have never received any warnings or indications that I was violating the terms of service. It is perplexing and unfair to impose a permanent ban without any prior notice or opportunity for corrective action.
Possible Account Hacking: I have even questioned whether my account might have been compromised. Despite raising this concern, I have not received any clear response or investigation into this possibility.
I am reaching out to this community in the hope that someone from the Apex Legends team or a fellow player can provide guidance or support. I am more than willing to cooperate fully in any further investigations to clear my name and regain access to my account.
This ban feels incredibly unjust, and it has taken away not just my investment but also a part of my gaming life that I cherished deeply. I appeal to the Apex Legends community and the developers to review my case with the seriousness and transparency it deserves.

While I understand you'd want to check every possible avenue, the only ones able to review or change an account ban would be our Terms of Service team. I'm afraid there is not another avenue to have a ban looked into further.
When it comes to actions applied for cheating for example, we'd be able to share the category of what took place and some general examples of what may qualify, but we wouldn't be able to provide any specific program names that resulted in the action being taken.
It looks like this ban was originally placed on the account a few years back. If you've been through multiple appeals and our TOS team has declined to remove the penalty, that would be final and not something that can be changed through any other channels either, sorry.
