Luckyyuu All you can do is appeal your case to the EA TOS Team, as unfortunately bans cannot be handled on the forums.
Furthermore, (to my knowledge), you should be able to appeal your ban up to 3 times. If the EA TOS Team says to, "not expect anything further", then sadly that means that the ban won't be overturned.
