Unlinking EA accounts even if we Received the Cross-Progression Prompt

I have received the cross-progression prompt on my PC but I have 2 accounts and each is linked to a different EA account. I have kept seeing that I should refrain from unlinking my account to link it...

    Hey @NomasEsManny It is not possible to merge two separate EA accounts together. Cross-progression will only allow you to play with your progress across platforms linked to the same EA account based on the information provided here on our website.

    If my account had a prompt but after that it locked out i unlinked that account and linked it back to original ea account am i still getting prompt or its one time ? because i added new steam account to that ea account and still nothing
