Was banned for cheating for no reason and still not gotten any response (Fixed)

So basically I was just out with my friends last weekend and ate some nice dinner. I open my phone to see that I’ve gotten a mail from EA. I didn’t know what it was just though it was some news about...

because i never even received an email about my account being banned when i search EA in my yahoo search bar.

    @OmgItsOralB I think that as long as you’ve sent the e mails they should still be looking over it and hopefully respond soon enough. Give it 5 more days and if they still haven’t responded then you should call their service over phone and see if they could help from there in any way
