What to do if I'm banned

i got banned 2 days ago but i didnt play apex for a week. the reasson im banned is becuase i cheated but i never did so how do i get the proof what they have, or could it be that my account got hacked? could someone help i played apex for years and always on the same account idk what i should do now, becuase the ban is permanent.

    If you feel an action was placed on your account incorrectly, please create an appeal with these steps so our Terms of Service team can take another look. They'll have the tools and records necessary to review this for you.

    We're unable to make any changes or discuss details of your account here on the forums, but please keep an eye on your case history page once that appeal is created and the ToS team will reach back out once that review is complete. Thanks!

    I placed an appeal and they completely ignored what I said and still have me banned. Everywhere I read they say that they don’t even check the appeals. I never had trouble with ea but this is completely unfair.

    These are all reviewed unless it's reached the point where they mention not to expect further responses, though you wouldn't have reached that point after a single appeal. You're absolutely welcome to create another appeal.

    An appeal does not automatically result in the account being unbanned, rather it's just a request to have the Terms of Service team take another look at our records and logs of what took place. A new appeal will have a different person on the team review the evidence separately from the previous investigation. That will help make sure something isn't just being overlooked by getting another set of eyes to look things over for you.
