I'm missing items

I bought my Ultimate Battle Pass + from the previous split from the Xbox store, and when I logged into the game, I got an alert that gave me everything, but then wouldn't let me equip it and told me I didn't have anything. Has this happened to anyone else, and if so, how did they fix it?
