NO PUEDO INICIAR APEX LEGENDS

Hola, es la segunda o tercera vez que me pasa esto y nunca hay solucion, simplemente no juego un par de dias y cuando regreso ya puedo jugar, ALGUIEN TIENE UNA SOLUCION????
