потерял прогресс ранга в последний день сплита

осталось 12 часов чтобы успеть апнуть мастера) а у меня ранг скинулся до новичка 4
класс)
это будет максимально печально
если я потратил столько времени в пустую
и ничего не вернут-компенсируют

статистика на аккаунте сохранилась (за этот сезон тоже - на скрине видно), скины и прочее осталось
просто скинулся ранг за 16 часов до окончания сплита
запуская ранкед
меня кидает в лобби к новичкам) 
я просто вышел из игры, дабы не получать очков
все равно новичок 4 и 10 птс
тем временем осталось 11 часов до конца сплита 🤝

Как у вас поменялась ситуация в итоге? Есть вероятность, что проблема была временной.

поменялась так что в начале сплита меня забанили (дали сакнции) и еще кучу народу
но в итоге разбанили
пришлось не 1 раз писать
но с рангом уже никто не поможет)

подскажите мне вот что 
не работает прогресс задания на Эш

35 матчей на ЭШ сыграно с начала этого сезона (купил за 1000 монет пропуск ЭШ)
и за 35 матчей это задание не считается
очевидно я уже сделал его неоднократно
