1/128 and 1/64 waiting for game

Kept joining matches yesterday and was the only one in the lobby. If I waited no one joined, if I left and tried to find another game, same thing. 

I went to play BFV and BF1 and neither was able to connect to even get in a lobby. Everything else was working, so not a connection issue on my end.

I am assuming it was a server issue on the EA side, but does anyone have any information regarding this? BTW, I am in California, West Coast US and don't ever have a issue finding games.
