@Kernel_FenderWhere did you get that 30% were refunded from?
Edit: I see that you already answered that. I can't find any such article anywhere
I politely asked him to link the article and he vanished....

@zbran1Im sure thats not the case. EA would never in a million years have release those numbers to the public if that was true.
I can't imagine an article like that exists (Unless some gaming "journalist" just made up a random number to put in their article)- 4 years ago

I can't imagine an article like that exists (Unless some gaming "journalist" just made up a random numer to put in their article)That is exactly what I suspected myself, this sounds at best a comment made by some "in the know person" from twatter or some such social media platform. Why would EA shoot themselves in the foot? It makes zero sense.

in fairness, I did say I worded it incorrectly to whit I edited it.
there was a report that said that an average of 5% of players from across each platform had requested a refund due to the game being broken and unfinished (PSN, Xbox, Steam, Microsoft Epic, Origin that's only an average of 5% per platform) 6x5 is 30 its not that difficult, to work out.
Remember school and that lesson with those funny shaped letters, well they were numbers, and that was a Maths lesson.- 4 years ago
So to surmise you have zero evidence to back up your claim. I feel the reason you won't link this fabled article is that it exists exclusively in your head.

@Kernel_FenderYou do realise that 5% on all platforms would mean 5% total right?
You don't add them up lol.
If 100% of steam users refunded the game, and there were 5% refunds on each of the other platforms that wouldn't mean there had been 120% refunds.- ImmortalJoker664 years agoSeasoned Scout
With all the current issues plaguing the game that is somewhat impressive

It doesn't work like that.
5% is 5% you don't multiple 5% by how many platforms there are and come up with 30%.
You are terrible at maths kiddo.
Let's take 4.23 million retail sales and that's not including digital sales which are possibly larger.
5% of 4.23 million is 211,500
I must admit I find that figure hard to believe but who knows.
Though without your mysterious link to the source we will have to take your word for it. But unfortunately for you we aren't going to take a hater on his word.
We need the source buddy.
