    2042 is a hero shooter nobody asked for in Battlefield and sadly EA thinks it's the future of the series. So if it's not a 'Battlefield' game now, it will be later

@DrNemor74x While I agree, this is Battlefield in name only. I don't think BFV is where players will go. BFV made strides, but it was still not where it needed to be by the time they cut support. BF4 and Battlefront 2 is where I think Battlefield fans will go. PC players may even transition to Planetside 2.
