I've unfortunately been wrongly banned

Question

My *Battlefield 2042* account was wrongly banned on July 30. On July 29, I had to switch IP addresses multiple times because, here in China, players must use a VPN accelerator to access *Battlefield*. The accelerator I used was unstable and often failed to launch the game, which led to me repeatedly changing IPs. I never expected to be banned the very next day.

If I had really been cheating, my actual K/D ratio wouldn’t be 0.59. I have never installed any cheating software on my computer, nor have I ever used any kind of cheat. My account is used solely by me, and no one else has ever had access to my computer. I swear I have never engaged in any form of cheating.

Also, your banning system really needs to be fixed. Receiving an email like this in the middle of the night completely ruined my sleep.

Sorry but we can't really help much with bans here. The only thing I can suggest it to appeal to EA's Terms of Service team, as only they can unban you. There is a webform to contact them in the guide below.

I take it using a VPN is against EA terms? This would explain why I've been also banned from playing just battlefield 2042. Still playing battlefield 5 with no issues&nbsp;

Me too! I can play Battlefield 4, Battlefield 1, and Battlefield 5. Unfortunately, only Battlefield 2042 is blocked.

Exactly the same for me, like if I was cheating and my pc banned then how come I can still play all EA games. Clearly there's an issue and they don't want to address it. It's called laziness on their part. It's easier to ignore the people than fix the issue
