    2042 is a hero shooter nobody asked for in Battlefield and sadly EA thinks it's the future of the series. So if it's not a 'Battlefield' game now, it will be later

@DrNemor74x This is going to be an unpopular opinion. People cry about specialists saying they promote a lone wolf play when they can pick any gun with any gadget etc. Half the problem are the players, specialists still offer everything the old class system did. All it takes is a squad to actually be able to communicate to decide the best squad loadout. Specialists can work on paper in that respect.
My biggest gripe with that system is 20 angels, 10 sundances an so on running around everywhere with only a glowstick to distinguish friend from foe... The old class system with generic uniforms per faction made you feel like you were part of an army and specialists take from that. The only solution would be faction specific skins for each specialist.
