3.2 feels like a new game

Among people who are whining that Lis got over-buffed, their favorite meta toys got taken away and classes, in general, being a terrible idea, I actually feel like the game is just fantastic in most regards and finally feels like good old Battlefield again. Hate or love it, classes have always been a part of this franchise, and they must continue to be. It adds a sense of balance and role to the game. It restricts stupid combinations that shouldn't be there in the first place aka Falck + heal pistol + rocket launcher. An all-in-one soldier like that ruins the balance,

And yes, it does improve team play. I've seen a good amount of engineers coming up to a tank and start repairing it. Medics are more active.  And in general game just feels more alive.

There is a bigger variety of specialists in general as opposed to everyone running Falck or Macay and nothing else.

Also saw a bunch of angry WALL-Es following an enemy tank. Absolutely hilarious. Turns out they're hella tanky for a small RC toy with a blowtorch.

Vehicles

Vehicles got a good buff. There are no longer 64 rockets flying toward you whenever you peak your barrel out of cover.

The same goes for helicopters and jets. There are no more 10 angels camping on some tower with infinite ammo just shooting rockets at air vehicles.

Now I think tanks should get a little acceleration buff. Maybe 5-10% faster as right now they feel way too heavy for the pace of the game and compared to other vehicles.

Breakaway re-work

Honestly Dice, Bravo! Not only it feels like a brand-new map, it's quite literally one of the best right now. Hard to explain how it feels, but the sense of SCALE on this map is insane. The oil rig feels like it got scaled up. There is so much going on right now. So many paths and spots for people to fight in, it's amazing.

Glaciar finally went from a giant butt-crack to a fully-fledged glacier with many openings and paths to navigate within it.

This is exactly how you reproduce the scale. One wide open space with absolutely nothing in between. But rather huge real-life structures masterfully adapted for fun and engaging gameplay.

I sincerely hope Hourglass and Discarded are getting similar, if not better, treatment.

Here are some things that I think were changed too much, or didn't need a change in the first place.

-Squad revives for 25HP down from 50. Why? Medics now revive at 100%. Squad revives takes a long time, and with how action-packed this game is, reviving someone with 25% is a death sentence in most cases. I think it should go back to 50%.

-EBLC-RAM's spawn beacon spawns you on foot. I think it was a great addition for players to para drop onto enemy objectives from a well-placed beacon. Now its that removed it's a little bit worse because if there are multiple enemies, they will be looking in the general direction of where their enemies are coming from.

-C5 on Assault. Macay and Sundance are still too powerful to have C5 because you can be a solo tank hunter all day long with little to no effort and still get  BIG RESULTS. That's on top of the Assault class being an absolute slaughterhouse on the battlefield.

C5 Should stay on Engineer and Recon only. Possibly Recon only.

-Extended mag nerf was too hard in some cases. I would look into this more deeply. You should consider recoil nerf, ROF penalty or something similar. SMGs with such ADS speed are practically unuseable.

Other than that, this patch is amazing. It will take some time to iron out some of the problems, but right now this BF game has earned its spot among other titles like BF4 and BF1
