30mm from Bolte does less damage to infantry than 9mm from firearm.
Can some developer explain this reasoning to me? Thanks.

The game as a whole is completely unbalanced. Just like how all 30mm cannons on all vehicles and jets/choppers don't do the same damage, which doesn't make any sense. It's a 30mm cannon!! They should have the same damage as any other 30mm cannon on any vehicle!!
Just seems like they're (EA Dice) nerfing everything which causes more balance issues. Even tank shells are probably gonna be nerfed at some point somehow because some player will complain about getting killed instantly by them. Just like how the 57mm cannon on the wildcat got nerfed, which was a dumb decision.
Had a run with my recon equipped with 30mm cannon today and I have to agree with the op in that it is rather weird that it takes several direct hits with such a gun to get a kill. I also agree that the bolte was absolutely op before the nerf and I still frequently find myself cursing the vehicle for being toxic as I get killed by it. It is far to many of them. It’s supposed to be transport, not tank. Keep the guns, but remove the armor and put in some passenger seats like the recon has. Or just classify it as a tank.
