You'll need to raise this with EA Help, since they handle refunds (they can't be provided here as nobody has access to the payment system). If you use the "Contact Us" button at the end of the guide below, you should be able to create a case or have a live chat.

Just to let you know, purchases of DLC or in-game currency usually aren't refundable, but they may be able to make an exception in this case.

How in the world did you accidentally spend $1,000 on in-game purchases that doesn't even make sense. When you purchase something in battlefield 2042 it like triple checks that you want to purchase the item. So to do 10 triple check by credit card totaling a g! Good luck with that. I mean if you report your card stolen I guess they would give you your money back but sounds like major BS to me. Sounds like a kid got a hold of Mom's credit card. LOL
Sounds like little Timmy made unauthorized purchases on Mom and Dad's credit card. LOL guarantee he has a sick **bleep** soldier in BF 2042 though. LOL he's probably S500 already hahaha
