Ill give it to you. Not bad. 

First, obvious criticism is your mic is horrible. I can hear it buzzing in the background and the voice isn't very clear.

Second, your M5 choices are poor. 2042 is a game with mechanics that favour close range infantry combat. You aren't generally fighting more than 30 meters. Anything longer you don't do enough damage (or are too inaccurate) with any of the rifle loadouts to make it worth bothering to shoot unless the enemy is almost dead. With that in mind the best M5 load out for TTK in combat range is:

* CQC Ammo

* Short Barrel

* Your preferred close range scope (I prefer Fusion Holo 1.25x, TV 2x and Bravo 3x but usually just stick to the Fusion Holo)

* Laser sight because you're usually so close that any bonus or negative from the grips is irrelevant but the laser will help in very close range combat (a grenade launcher can also be useful if you like them, I think they're all useless though).

This really applies across all of the assault rifles & SMG's (if they have CQC ammo then use it or standard high capacity mags if they don't, use short barrel if they have it or standard otherwise and stick to the laser sight).

If you want a longer range rifle the SFAR/SCAR can be setup for all ranges with the High Power ammo + Long Barrel combo with more controllable accurate but slower fire, although that's still really only that useful at up to 50m, and you still might want to T Menu to a close range setup with Factory Barrel + Standard Ammo when you close in.

Anything beyond 50 you should be using a sniper or DMR.
